DO NOT GO HERE unless they have the water heater system replaced, the construction done, and the owner of our condo--"Tyler"--more customer friendly.
1. The building is under massive construction and the water is supplied by an "on demand" system which, during non-peak hours, gives you alternately scaldingly hot, lukewarm, or cold water. Not conducive to a comfortable vacation. After multiple phone calls and texts to explain this situation to our unit owner as well as several conversations with maintenance staff, the unit owner never accepted the truth I described above. My view is that an explanation is not equal to offering some kind of reduced fee for the living conditions of the condo. A more customer-friendly experience would have offered some kind of remuneration for the frustration of the stay.
2. At one point, the construction noise was so loud in the unit next to me I could not hear a program.
3. In looking at my unit's water plumbing, the maintenance person let slip that the unit's owner, "Tyler", is an owner who does not always do the best job of updating her units. We had water connections that did not help the water temp. Moreover, there were some other smaller items (e.g., the bathroom sink stopper was broken off) that indicated that this owner was not on top of keeping this unit in good rental shape. Not good business.
4. Communication between the unit owner and the owner of the Inn needs improvement--there was a delay in my check-in because of this.
