The apartment is composed of 2 floors (2nd & 3rd floors of building). There are 3-bedrooms, 2 restrooms/toilets (one in upper floor, & another in lower floor), & 2 showers in the same bathroom (bathtub with curtain, & standing shower with blurred door).
Accommodates +/- 8 guests.
Notes:
- The only access to the apartment is through the stairs (i.e. no elevators present).
- Public free parking is available adjacent to the building.
