The house (fully air-conditioned) is located in the World Tennis Club in Naples, In the tennis club there are 16 tennis courts including 11 clay courts and swimming and whirlpool and sauna. The complex can be reached from Ft. Myers out in about 25 minutes, from Miami in about 2 hours. The house has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds), a large living room with large dining area that merges into the open kitchen with cozy kitchen bar, 2 full bathrooms, guest toilet, enough towels and bedding. The house is located on a natural lake. Washing machine and dryer are in the house, as well as the other amenities (barbecue, 2 TVs, DVD radio Internet (DSL + Wifi), telephone (all North America free), garage, etc.). The beach is easily reached in 15 minutes by car. Beach umbrellas and loungers for the beach can be found in the house.

Nice property to vacation or work

We stayed the month of March while working virtually. Well appointed property with lots of room to spread out and work/relax. Internet was strong enough for Zooms for two, and streaming. Pool is great--don't forget the tubes in the garage; great way to waste a few hours floating around. The location is well situated--Costco and Publix/Walmart all located nearby; 15 minutes to Naples Pier and other beaches; the WTC is a nice area for walks. There were a few small hiccups...nothing that should deter you from renting the property, but things that were small annoyances that could be solved. We arrived on Wednesday afternoon to find nearly overflowing garbage and recycling bins. The trash/recycling is left at the curb on Tuesday & Friday nights, so it would have been great if someone had left them out overnight and they were empty for our arrival. The house was clean, but there were cobwebs around the lanae/pool area that we cleaned out. A few of the drains need attention as they ran a bit slow. Finally, we arrived to find that whoever washed the linens/towels put away the towels wet, so we needed to re-wash/dry everything. Kurt, the owner, and Maria, the property manager are very nice and accommodating.

Great place for family. We enjoyed the pool when we weren't at nearby beaches. beautiful area

We enjoyed our stay very nice area. we walked every morning. We enjoyed the house and the pool. Close to beaches and shopping.

Beautiful large home

Beautiful home, great pool and the setting is so relaxing. The neighborhood is fantastic, ammenties are great such as community pool and tennis and bistro/pub. Shopping is just down the street with everything. Bikes were wonderful. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you!

Tolles Haus - immer wieder gerne!

Sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen und gepflegten Anlage. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet und es fehlt einem an nichts. Kontakt zum Vermieter ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Rundum ein toller und entspannter Urlaub und sehr zu empfehlen.

Great Hospitality

The house and facilities were ideal for our two week holiday with our family of four. A very clean and spacious split-level home (a twin and a double bedroom are upstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom). The master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and a huge walk-in closet is downstairs. Two bicycles were also available for our use. Various beaches, shops and restaurants are a short drive. Great location. Kurt is very helpful and responds quickly to emails. Highly recommended.
