Enjoy a plethora of restaurants, dolphin watching, shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing, jet skiing and unique retailers. a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years and must be present throughout the rental. Small gatherings of 6 persons or fewer are permitted. Noise ordinance is strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. No pets allowed.
Our spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment will easily accommodate up to 4 people. Sit and read a book with a water view. This apartment is located in a building with a total of 4 apartments that is just steps away from Johns Pass Village. It is located on the first level. This apartment also provides 1 assigned parking space and has a large (shared) waterfront backyard area on the ground level as well as a large courtyard.
