Very nice and renovated in 2018 apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with sofa bed and large bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large terrace. In the immediate vicinity there are 2 large lakes that invite you to take long walks or water sports. The area of the Ladesgartenschau, also with a beautiful large children's playground, is in the immediate vicinity.
