Just what two people would need for a home away from home.

The basement apartment was just as advertised; however, I didn’t realize how steep with few steps the concrete walk from the driveway to the apartment would be. As seniors in our 70’s we had to be very careful going up and especially down. We were glad that the weather was dry during our stay.

Very nice space

It was just me and my daughter so it was plenty of space. Privacy was wonderful and the neighborhood was safe. The location was a little outside Denver but we had no trouble getting to places we wanted to see. I would definitely stay there again!

Great people - fair overall experience

The check in was delayed, initially they told me I didn't have a reservation. They fixed it, but I had to wait about three hours. Definitely missing cooking items, towels, etc. I am sure the owners will do what needs to be done for future stays as they have great communication and good attitudes.
