The bedroom/living areas has modern furniture and décor with a private balcony overlooking the mountains of Las Vegas. At this time, balcony cannot be open due to hotel restriction. Studio is located on the 24th floor of the Palms Place. FREE valet parking & free self parking! Guests has access to pool at Palms Place & at the beautiful Palms Casino Resort pool. Enjoyed the condo...super clean and conveniently close to the strip...great food places nearby...saw a movie in the movie theatre on property...the pool was great...and it was hot...lol Pool only open until 6pm though

Wedding Stay
We came to enjoy the marriage of our friends. The room and location were perfect and exactly what we needed after breaking down 70 miles outside of Vegas and having to be towed in. Awful start, but the room helped us relax and recover.

This is a great place to escape the insanity on the Strip, but close enough to get there easily. Also an excellent place to jump off for day trips to state and national parks.

It was a good spot. TV’s didn’t work. The host told us to call the front desk and the front desk told us to call the host. Anyways it’s all good. Normally when I go to Vegas I don’t watch TV but when your wife is 6 months pregnant you have no choice :-)

Our recent stay at this VRBO rental was outstanding! The property is a true gem – impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. Nice gem off the strip.
Great spot! Room as described. Property staff was helpful and super nice. It was a short walk to The Palms hotel/casino which was convenient. We had full use of both property pools which we took advantage of. Would 100% stay here again.

Convenient to the Strip
The room was clean and the view was breathtaking at night and during the day. I loved the valet parking very convenient. This location was very close to the strip and seeing clients. I would definitely come back again.

This was a cute little studio. Bed was comfortable and had nice pillows. The bathroom was really nice in that it included a fabulous shower and deep jet tub. The sink area is a little crowded. There's a lighted magnifying mirror, although it is placed in a very low and awkward position, it was usable. A hair dryer was also available. The kitchenette is sparse, a set of 4 plates, bowls and cups - minimal silverware. You are not going to cook a full meal here, but it was good for making coffee and oatmeal and heating up leftovers. The refrigerator is mostly ice maker! But there was enough room for quart of milk, some yogurt and a few other items. I thought that for the price it was really a great find. We had a lovely view of the desert mountains.

Peaceful and Beautiful location
The view is spectacular from this location! As for the kitchen amenities it was below what I am used to at a VRBO rental and frankly disappointing. But overall the place was comfortable and the jetted tub was extremely nice after a long day. So if you aren't needing a lot for a kitchen because you plan to mostly eat out and just need a really good nights rest and a place to relax it is a great place to stay.

Awesome rental, exactly as described in description, off of the strip, staff in lobby were very friendly and accommodating. The rideshare location was great and easy to locate. Would rent again!
