Your living room consists of a fully equipped kitchen which is separated by a counter-like wall with bar stools from the dining area.

In the dining area you have a patio door connection to your own large terrace with Gill, table and chairs.

The dining area merges seamlessly into the living room with a sofa set TV and a soapstone fireplace.
The entire apartment is very spacious, bright and south facing.

The bedroom with a high-quality box spring bed offers enough space for a travel cot.

From the terrace you can reach the 2800 m² park-like garden via an external staircase. From your terrace you overlook the entire park-like garden and the view is rounded off by a mixed forest after 250m.
