Generally

Spend your Baltic Sea vacation in Kühlungsborn in this beautiful 2-room apartment. Only a few minutes walk from the beach and very centrally located, this apartment offers 50 m² space for 2 guests. On the spacious west-facing balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle in Poststrasse. The apartment has a parking space, which you can use free of charge. Pets are welcome after consultation.
A very special highlight is the ice cream parlor in the house - in summer you only need to walk down the stairs and enjoy your favorite ice cream here.
Living and cooking

In the living area, warm colors create an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The flat-screen TV and the stereo offer opportunities for evening entertainment. Alternatively, you can play, chat or simply enjoy yourself at the dining table. The integrated kitchenette invites you to cook - it has an oven, a dishwasher and a 4-plate ceramic hob. The house Metropol is located in the heart of Kühlungsborn-West, only about 200 meters from the beach. Restaurants, shops and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful city forest borders about 100 meters away and invites you to take long walks along the coast.

schöne Räume,alles für täglichen Bedarf,empfehlenswert

Wir waren zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder. Zentrale Lage und in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Wer es nicht absolut ruhig und abgeschieden möchte, ist hier richtig. Trotz zentraler Lage abends und nachts ruhig. Super für Familien, Strandliebhaber und Ausflugslustige.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön aufgeteilt und bietet ausreichend Platz. Der Balkon ist schön groß und eignet sich super zum Essen auf dem Balkon. Küche super ausgestattet, mit allen elektrischen Geräten. Die Lage ist auch perfekt zum Strand (2-3 Min.) , Bäcker, Supermarkt oder Restaurants. Man ist schnell beim Konzertgarten West. Zur Seebrücke oder dem Konzertgarten Ost ist es etwas weiter. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir uns lieber in West aufgehalten haben oder mit der Bahn gefahren sind. Der einzige Mangel: der Schlauch der Waschmaschine war undicht, sodass Wasser herauslief. Unsere Wäsche konnten wir daher nicht waschen. Zudem waren die zusätzlichen Klappstühle in der Abstellkammer dreckig und der Balkontisch, sowie Duschabfluss könnte auch mal wieder gründlicher gereinigt werden. Aber diese Mängel haben uns nicht sehr gestört. Die Wohnung ist alles in allem Top und gemütlich eingerichtet! Sogar eine gratis Flasche Wasser stand bereit.

Schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, positiv auch die sonnige, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe, das Meer nicht weit. Am Ort und in der Umgebung gibt es schöne Strände und viele nette Aktivitäten. Wir würden wiederkommen. Das macht den zum Saisonstart noch etwas holprigen Check-in wett.

Sehr schöne Frewo

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war optimal. Den überdachten und Windgeschützten Balkon konnte man bei jedem Wetter nutzen . Die Küche war super ausgestattet. Allerdings hätten wir gern noch ein paar Kaffeetassen mehr gehabt. 4 sind sehr wenig . Mehr gibt es wirklich nicht auszusetzen.

Wir waren super zufrieden

Die Lage ist genial für die, die kein Problem mit Action haben. Durch die eisdiele hat man bis abends Trubel und keine Ruhe auf dem Balkon. Für Selbstversorger ideal, man geht raus ausm dem Haus und hat gleich einen Laden nebenan in dem man alles bekommt. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, das einzige was uns etwas gefehlt hat war eine Flurgaderrobe oder irgendwas für Jacke und Schuhe und im Schlafzimmer doch einen richtigen Kleiderschrank. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen 👍👍👍
