Exclusive Key Colony Beach vacation retreat is located at the end of the canal around the corner from the Ocean and Bay. Key Colony Beach offers something for everyone in the family including playground, Oceanfront park for great Sunsets, restaurants, bars, shopping, charter fishing and diving, and boat rentals.

Second floor: *Spacious master suite with great water views and ensuite with double sinks.
* Large kitchen with island and breakfast dining all open to great room and dining room
* Large outdoor patio with a table, chair, and loungers.
* Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

First Floor: *Second bedroom 2 queen beds.
*Third bedroom with 2 twin beds.
* Fourth bedroom with 1 king bed.
* Two full bathrooms with showers
* Separate bar area with refrigerator and wine fridge

This backyard has it all! The 112 foot deep water concrete dock has plenty of room for your boat with two 50 Amp power connections, water and fish cleaning table. Boat lifts may be used with prior approval and additional security deposit. There is also a 500 lb commercial ice machine and a bait freezer. Ride to the beach, rent a boat and tour Boot Key Harbor, or just check out the neighboring canals. Brand new large pool with spa are surrounded by a spacious patio that even includes your own private Tiki hut that boasts. Grills to cook your catch. There are also lounge chairs, outdoor furniture for everyone, corn hole game, ping pong, ring toss, 2 kayaks, and 2 bicycles.. After a long day in the sun, relax by the water and watch the fish swimming in the underwater lights at the dock. Membership to the Key Colony Beach Cabana Club also available free of charge.

Key Colony Beach luxury rental

Fantastic stay in this well appointed home! From the pool, to the outdoor ping pong table & corn hole and the underwater lights off the canal front dock…it was just perfect! Will definitely book another stay soon!

Spring break

Ideal Winter Getaway on Marathon

This house was ideal for our post-Christmas vacation on Marathon Key. All was as presented in the listing, and in complete working order. Outdoor amenities were fantastic, enabling us to eat on the deck by the pool, grill and finish the day in the hot tub. Our favorite was the canal-side palapa, providing shade and access to the breeze. Lisa and Larry were very responsive and outstanding hosts.

Amazing!

This home is located in a convenient location with gorgeous views from every window. The house feels like brand new and the bedrooms are large. The ping pong table, bags and swimming pool provided hours of enjoyment for our kids and their friends.

Great Key Colony Beach House

We recently stayed at this Key Colony Beach house and really enjoyed it. We have stayed in Marathon and Key Colony Beach before. This house has been our best experience yet in the area. Although we didn't have any issues, Lisa and Larry were very responsive with any questions we had. The newer pool and spa were great. We were able to dock a larger boat at the dock with quick access to the Ocean. The house was clean with modern appliances and updated interior. The house was well equipped with sea kayaks, fishing rods, bicycles, outdoor eating area, etc. We would definitely return to this house again.

Family Getaway

Excellent house for our family getaway. Kids enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub as well as the kayaks, ping pong and corn hole! Spent a lot of time lounging by the pool. We appreciated having the 2 bikes (and easily rented another from a bike shop near by) and used them to bike to the cabana club and every night to watch the sunset at the park. We also rented a couple paddle boards which were so easy to put in the water behind the house. Our family paddled and kayaked every day. House has everything you could need even a cooler and ice machine! We chartered a boat with 2Nauti ran by Captain Charles which we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was a great day of fishing and as a bonus later in the day we extended our trip and stopped at the sand bar for a swim while watching the sunset! Captain Charles and 2Nauti are experienced and will make your trip something special, he picked us up behind the house and provided everything you needed for the day including licenses, bait and ice. All you need to bring is sunscreen and something to eat. The house is 10 mins away from sombrero beach and less than an hour from key west, very convenient location. The hosts Larry and Lisa were quick to respond with recommendations and any questions during our stay. Would definitely stay at this property again!

Fun Property & Super Clean!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! We have stayed in Key Colony every mini season for many years, this trip was our 1st time at this house, loved it! Pool, hot tub, ping pong, corn hole, darts, bikes, tiki hut, kyaks, fish lights for night time enjoyment! The owner has supplied everything you need to enjoy you vacation, even white noise sleep machines! The property is very clean and organized! Mid week house keeping was very unexpected but it was super appreciated especially after a long few days in the boat! Nice appliances, extra refrigerator and bait freezer as well as the huge ice machine which is a big plus while in the Keys, beds are super comfortable! The owners really took the time to add the little "extras", it felt like home! Larry, is excellent at making sure everything is perfect, great communication our entire stay! This will definitely be one of our top properties to book for mini season every year! If you have a group of kids/teenagers this is the perfect house!
