I have been hosting for 2 years and have won many hospitality awards consecutively in those 2 years. I enjoy meeting new guests in person to give them a tour of the space if they prefer otherwise self check-in is available. Being a part of new construction that leads into short-term rental is the most rewarding.
Why they chose this property
Its a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeways. Exxon Mobil, Conoco Philips and other big contractors in the refinery industry are huge employers in our community and we support that effort by wanted to providing brand new comfortable space that resembles a retreat after a long days work.
