2. 14-day plus rentals require additional cleaning fees and any stays 21-day plus also require a $1000 refundable security deposit (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
3. Any groups larger than 8 will be billed an additional $10 per guest, per night.
4. There's a ring doorbell at front door and a Camera at the driveway (includes video and audio). No noise decibel monitor.
5. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.
