This modern 44 square meter 2-room apartment is located on the second floor with a south-facing balcony, which is accessible from the living room. The cozy living area is furnished with a corner sofa with sleeping function (mattress 160 x 200), coffee table and TV. You can write your holiday cards at the separate desk. The kitchenette, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. and adjoining dining area are integrated in the living room. In the bedroom, a modern box spring bed with a full-length mattress (180 x 200) and ample cupboard space are available for a restful sleep. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC and vanity. A parking space is located in the underground car park and is assigned to the apartment. A bicycle stand is available to guests in the basement as well as washing machine and dryer for a fee.

In the Baltic Sea Ahlbeck is located in an exposed place, directly behind the beach promenade, the apartment house "Miramar". The city center and the well-known historic Ahlbeck pier are only a few steps away. The location can be described as particularly attractive. In this comfortable apartment house you will find lift, underground parking, steam room and sauna with whirlpool. In the accompanying solarium you can get a nice holiday tan even in winter. A stone's throw separates you from the promenade and the fine sandy white beach. Many restaurants and cafés and the flair of Ahlbeck welcome you. Wi-Fi is available free of charge at Haus Miramar.
