Your own little zen retreat in Palm Springs
You will love this serene little condo right by the pool. In the middle of a gated community, sheltered by mature trees and buildings, this condo is quiet and cool. This condo has no one directly above you, and the laundry room is just next door. Located near the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, and a short drive to everything. You can take your morning walk on Tramway Road, and later, watch the Tram from the jacuzzi! It's a lovely little spot. Small pet ok, flexible on lease time; 1-9 month lease available. This is a seasonal rental so prices per month are as follows: Dec.-April $2200, May $2000, Jun - Sept. $1650, Oct.-Nov. $1800.
