Weekend trip to Edenton was fantastic! The Bungalow is within walking distance to everything. We parked our car and it sat until we left. The house is extremely clean and the perfect size for a couple... more than we needed to be honest since we ate out every meal haha! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch with a bottle of wine in the evening and coffee on the front porch in the morning. Theona is a great host and communicator. She provided lots of nice touches from snacks and water to coffee pods and a memento with a personal note! The town is so quaint and history rich. We toured all that we could. There's not a lot of night life, which was fine with us but just in case that's what you're looking for! The Herringbone did have live music on Saturday night which we really enjoyed! If you're heading to Edenton, don't hesitate one second to book this place if it's available!!
Very neat, clean, decorated beautifully, and charming. It was like a home away from home. Anything you could have needed was supplied. Plus extras. It was a fabulous place for the two of us.
The perfect setting from which to unwind and soak up the history of Edenton. Within walking distance of the historic district and waterfront, it offers the ideal opportunity to stroll and absorb the coastal vibes of the old town.
We loved everything about the property. Very clean and very well decorated. Everything we could possibly need was available. Communication with the owners was easy and any question was answered promptly.
Beautiful renovated home in excellent location. Easy walking distance to historic areas in Edenton. Edenton is a must see destination for a weekend trip. Beautiful, old historic North Carolina town. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful.
The Bungalow is exactly as advertised and is a picture perfect home close to everything there is to explore in Edenton’s historic district. The home is cozy, quiet. clean and well provisioned for your stay. The check in process was seamless and the host is very responsive. We’ll definitely be returning to Edenton and plan to stay at the Bungalow again!
We needed a one night stay and could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Very close to the historic district and wonderful restaurants/ coffee shop. Wish we had more time to stay.
Convenient to local events and accommodations were above expectations. The Bungalow and its location made our planned vacation even more special. I will definitely book again!
Very much enjoyed our stay in downtown Edenton. Beautiful, cozy little cottage... clean and well-appointed. Nice furnishings, linens, kitchen, etc. There was nothing at all to disappoint. Well-located; we walked to everything. Loved this town, its people and this home. Thank you!
The Bungalow really was perfect. It’s located in a lovely neighborhood and easy walking distance to downtown. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was lovely. The owners were very thoughtful with what they left guests- info on the area, restaurant recommendations, etc. Thanks for a great stay!
Wonderful accommodations. The bungalow was cozy and very clean. Wonderful location, walking distance to downtown and many of the historical sites to see.
This property was beautiful and just as pictured. They had all the kitchen items we needed for cooking. Everything was in working order and clean. We were sent checkin information promptly and had no issues accessing the property. The owner even sent a very useful guide to the town if you are looking for things to do in Edenton. We enjoyed our stay.
This fabulous house has everything you could possibly need when on vacation. It's very homey and comfortable!! And the perfect location too Everything is in walking distance. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.nce.
From the minute we opened the door and saw how nicely decorated and clean the house was, we were amazed at what a great place we had scored! There were fresh flowers in several cute little vases, crackers and Kit Kat bars to enjoy on the coffee table, plus two bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. That’s what we call hospitality!
