If your first love is the beach, this is the place for you. This cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and spectacular views of the ocean. Located on the third floor, this condo has everything you need for a fabulous vacation! The master bedroom has a king bed with private balcony access and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a private entrance to the second bathroom. Top of the line furnishings throughout with a stylish décor and SUPER clean.

Moms trip with kids

This was a quick getaway for me, my best friend, my mom and our children. We were three women without our husband's traveling 7 hours for the first time alone and staying alone. We always stay on Okaloosa Island every summer but this was our first stay at this condo and we did have one issue with the door on our last night but I called management and they sent out George the maintenance guy and he fixed it asap. I would highly recommend booking this unit and company to anyone searching for a breathtaking view of the Gulf and spectacular safe rental. I will be booking with them again for next summer.

Everything was great. I had two little things, I found out that the garbage disposal did not work, there was no power and the toilet in the master bath would run unless you remembered to pull the handle up. I wasn't sure if I had designated parking in spot 313 but I did use it except for 1 day when someone else parked there. I would definitely come back

This was a wonderful property, beautifully laid out and comfortable, well stocked kitchen (all the appliances, kitchenware, dishes one could wish), perfect location, easy beach access, great view. It was one of the best condos we've stayed at (and we're at about 6 so far). Perfect for our family of four. thank you for making this space so welcoming, well appointed, and comfy.

Horrible-dirty-not as represented!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please do not waste your time or money. We left after one night and I am still trying to get my money back. The condo was outdated and filthy. There was black mold in both bathrooms and the refrigerator. Both toilets were broken and needed to be plunged. It was such a disappointment. We drove over 10 hours to get there a felt that we arrived at a condo that did not look like the pictures AT ALL. Even the curtains were filled with stains. I have pictures of EVERYTHING unsanitary and unacceptable in the condo and will continue to fight to get our money back. STAY AWAY!!!!

The property and grounds are very well maintained, and the landscaping and pool area are just lovely! Unit 313 was as nice as could be...the kitchen is fully stocked,and easy to keep clean. Comfy furniture, and a lovely view from the balcony...One thing that would make it nicer... a high top table and stools to enjoy the balcony more. The current "furniture" is a little iffy, and seats are so low you can really only see the balcony rail when seated in them. We hope to stay here again!

Unprofessional, don't rent if you want to take a bath!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The person we rented from was rude and unprofessional, accused me of lying and then imposed an additional charge. The bathtub in the first bathroom could not be used for a bath as the drain closure is broken, could only shower. The tub in the master bath is rusted and had a mat covering the rust! So, it too, was unsuitable for a bath.
