Wonderful location

We came for our daughter’s graduation and the location was perfect for us as she lives 15 minutes walking from the cottage. The cottage is clean and has everything we needed. Walking to the beach was wonderful, we walked to the coffee shop and the restaurants. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is a very comfortable space, and yes, the bathroom is small, but it is functional and everything is there. Also, it’s priced fair. I will definitely book again if we come back. Only one small item I would suggest is to add an extra hand towels for the bathroom, that’s just our preference.

Cute little getaway for couples!

Place was cute, stocked well with everything we needed. Close to everything but not on top of the entertainment area. Was perfect for a romantic getaway! Short walk to a private beach as well.

Kids first time to the ocean

Amazing location ! Perfect for 2 adults and 1 kiddo. Such a adorable cottage, clean and came with everything for the perfect getaway. The private beach access a 4 minute walk was the BEST EVER. We really couldnt ask for a better spot to get away

Peaceful area

It is in a nice location and down the hill plus a little more walking is an inlet beach. Close to Newport. Very comfy commidations. Pots, pans utensils.

Great cottage for a short stay

The cottage was in a great location and very clean. The owners gave great recommendations for local businesses that you can walk to. The beach was in walking distance to the property which was perfect.

Lovely Little Cottage

My husband and I escaped our busy lives at home for a wedding/baby moon. We were so pleased with the location of the cabin, the cleanliness, and the prompt response from Dan and his family. This house is walkable from the beach (the beach was our top favorite thing, it was so peaceful and relaxing). The kitchen was the perfect size for me to make us breakfast in the morning. Some of the reviews mention the sinks being small, yes they are, but that gave you even more of the cottage feel! A little beach house that has everything you need! One thing I will say is my husband did have to duct at some of the doorways because they are lower then an average house, but again that is part of cottage living! To be fair he is 6’5 lol. The drive into downtown Newport was super easy as was it to dinner in Narragansett! We felt very comfortable and cozy staying here. Would highly recommend and would love to return and get to stay again!

Attractive cottage near the beach

This is the second year my brother and I have spent some time at this cottage. We had a good time both years. I love how it is decorated -- lots of wood and white paint, with royal blue accents, and many nice photos, rugs, pillows, etc. You can see the ocean through the bedroom window, and a little of the like from the living room. Nice walk to the beach. The beach is nice to walk on. It is near Linda's diner, for breakfast. Also walking distance to a salad place, two good restaurants, bagel places, etc. The only downsides are the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink and the shower are pretty small, and a simple repair should be done for safety: extending a short step from the main part of the house down to the bedroom. All in all, very nice place and helpful hosts!

Perfect getaway.

After reading so many excellent reviews about the cottage and the area I decided to book this place for our 19th wedding anniversary. In every way it lived up to the hype. The cottage was adorable. Simple yet super clean and cozy. The owner’s recommendations for dining choices was spot on. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

This property is perfect for two people! It was very nicely decorated and had everything we could possibly need, including a tent for the beach. The short walk to the private beach was amazing, especially since the other beaches can get kind of crowded and you have to pay to enter. Narragansett is a beautiful area with lots of great restaurants and cute shops. The hosts provided some great recommendations for things in the area, which was very helpful. Not a far drive to Boston, Providence, or Newport, all of which were also wonderful. If you get the chance, watch the sunrise on Ocean road. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful location

Girls weekend at this charming cottage was perfect! The accommodations were comfortable, clean and very close to a gorgeous private beach! We had a great time and loved the proximity to restaurants and ice cream! Will definitely be back!

Little yellow cottage

It was a rather unique experience!! Location for our purpose was excellent. Great restaurants near by. I missed having a waste basket and tissues in very small RV size bathroom as we are RVers so we had no problem to adapt. Could have used some shelves in there for personal items. Plenty of towels but no wash cloths. Bedroom was the unique part watch your step!!

Amazing for a quiet beach getaway

Check in was easy with a unique door code, and everything we needed was provided, including a fan in the bedroom which was appreciated! Community beach was a quick walk and towels were provided. Loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay!

It was a great location and very easy to access. The owner’s provided all the necessary amenities, such as kitchen ware, linens, and toiletries. We liked the cottage, but it would not be the place to stay if you have mobility issues. The bathroom is very small and the changing elevations from room to room would be challenging. Just s9mething to be mindful of.

The perfect beach cottage

Highly Recommend!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Narragansett! Super easy check-in/check-out, and great communication from the host. The VRBO is perfectly located around restaurants, ice cream, and a grocery store. Plus, it was a quick drive into Newport. The private beach is absolutely beautiful!! Would highly recommend staying here in your travels to Rhode Island!
