This classic home provides guests with a spacious and open living area with comfortable sofas, a smart TV with streaming services, and free high-speed WiFi. The nearby open kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a full-size fridge, stove/oven with a range hood, dishwasher, microwave, and a dedicated coffee area with a drip and Keurig coffee makers. The six-person dining table in the kitchen will be ideal for meals together. A small, yet convenient laundry room featuring a stackable washer/dryer and sink will make laundry a breeze.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect home…perfect location!

This is a beautiful old home that has been remodeled. It has so much character. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect!! Everything was within a few minutes walking distance. It was truly a perfect home in a perfect location! I would definitely stay here again:)

Boothbay Harbor

The home had the charm of a 100 plus year old property with nicely done updating to make it very comfortable. It was very convenient to walk to the shops, restaurants, and waterfront in Boothbay Harbor.

Great Rental!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Buoy house in late September/early October. The house comfortably slept 6 (including 2 children), and was conveniently walkable to the wharf area and plenty of fun attractions. The house is recently renovated (very nicely) while still maintaining some original charm. We had a great time and would recommend it to others!

Excellent location! A minute or two walk to shops, tour boats and restaurants. The home was super clean and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable. Perfect getaway with another couple. Good privacy when needed and comfortable areas to spend time together. I highly recommend this rental. The owner obviously takes pride in ownership and providing an excellent guest experience.

Lovely cottage

We enjoyed our stay very much but communication with the management was a problem. Luckily we resolved a safety concern on our own, after zero response from Vacasa, and enjoyed this beautiful property for the rest of our stay. The house is old, but clean and bright and has everything you need for a great stay. Great location as well!

Convenience and Coziness

Excellent place to stay and close to everything within walking distance. Try the Vietnamese Restaurant that is also a bakery called Baker's Way and the Lobster Bake on Cabbage Island. Such fun!

Cute house, fabulous location!

We just returned from a wonderful family getaway stay in this house. The location is perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and the Cabbage Island boat trip. The house is laid out great for a group and the updated areas (kitchen and downstairs bath) are beautiful. Home was clean, towels plentiful, surrounding area quiet, check in and out were easy and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

BBH family vacay!!

We stayed 2 nights at this charming old house in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, on a long 17 day trip to New England. The house had everything we need, a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and was a short distance to the heart of the harbor. Some things other may want to consider when booking is there is only 1 TV, the bed mattress are on the firmer end, and the floor are very unlevel. None of which we had a problem with but some travelers may not prefer. Overall we loved this stay!!

Oh YES!

What a delight! It is such a pleasure to walk into a house and become aware that someone has spent a lot of time thinking and caring about design! We loved the art on the walls and the updating done in the house. This is indeed an old house (we live in one as well) but oh so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and there was no, "Gee, I wish they had THIS or I wish they had told us THAT before we checked in." One couldn't ask for a more convenient location. It is a slow 5 minute stroll down the hill to shops and restaurants. Even though it is located in town, it was also easy to hop in the car and get exploring other parts of the whole Boothbay area. We would have no hesitation staying here again and hope to do so!

Charming home

This lovely home was spotlessly clean,charmingly decorated and very comfortable. We felt like we were staying at a friend's home rather than a rental property. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet even though it is located just a short distance from shops and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here!

This was such a great find. Everything was in walking distance from the home. Home is has been nicely remodeled from bathrooms to kitchen. Bedrooms are spacious. Only suggestion is to put rugs in the upstairs bedrooms. Floors are not redone and can be quite loud.

Great location!

We were visiting for Gardens Aglow and wanted to be right in town, couldn’t have asked for a better location to enjoy all Boothbay Harbor had to offer in the off season. The home was cozy and had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, dishes, pans, utensils, and incidentals to get you started. We would stay here again!!

Can’t think of a better location to be… we felt very safe next to the fire dept and loved that we could walk to everything we wanted to do! Shopping, exploring, sunset photos, eating, eating, eating! It was a lovely home with everything we could need. My daughters loved the little “secret room” closets and we just had everything we needed. It was also convenient to have one bedroom on the first floor as we had an older person with us. The blankets on chairs and couches and the fresh flowers were a lovely added touch. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone coming to Boothbay Harbour.

Wonderful, we felt so welcomed!

Our stay was so lovely; the place is warm, relaxing, and spacious. The beds were so comfortable, I bought one just like the one I slept in! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time together, and were able to walk everywhere because the house is so conveniently located in town. The owner put a lot of thought and careful planning in the home and it shows. We had everything you could possible want or need in a vacation home. I think her kitchen is better stocked then my own and I love that the lamb in the bedroom has charging abilities for our mobile phone. The cute and whimsical décor makes the place more inviting and relaxing. I can't wait to stay again next year. Thank you for an incredible vacation home.

Wonderful comfortable home, nice back yard, great for the kids to play in. The downtown location was convenient and quiet. The interior had been redone with a fabulous modern kitchen and bathrooms. Would highly recommend staying here!
