Superbly located & newly renovated 3 bedroom bungalow in the center of Montrose! Our location is unbeatable - Enjoy the best croissants at Common Bond next door or delve into the hottest restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance!
Ideal for a group of 6 to 8 who want to enjoy the best Houston has to offer! Our spacious and well designed house. Events or parties ok with prior approval and fee.
Our house was designed with fun in mind! With vintage inspired furnishings and modern amenities - great for relaxing or entertaining.
There are 3 bedrooms: A King bed in the first bedroom, a Queen in the second and 3 twin beds upstairs. Additionally there is daybed in the sunroom which is great for napping! The kitchen is stocked with every type of cooking utensil and of course, a large drip coffee maker.
THIS IS NON-SMOKING AND DRUG-FREE PROPERTY.
EVENTS are permitted with prior notice only. More than a dozen people at the house is a party/event and we require a deposit.
Please note that this is a 2 STORY HOUSE. There is a staircase with about 10 steps without a handrail to the 3rd bedroom.
There are 4 steps to the front porch entrance to the house. NO PETS

Guests can easily walk, bike or take public transportation. If you have a car(s) you may use the driveway on the right side of the house. There is free street parking and additional parking behind the Park JJ in conjunction with Empire Café. You MUST DISPLAY PARKING PASS if you park in the Empire Café overnight. Walking distance to some of the most famous restaurants, coffee shops, bars and unique stores and art Galleries in Houston. 4 miles from Downtown less than 2 miles from Houston River Oaks area, and close to Houston's Galleria Mall.
