This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with two adult unisex bicycles for our guests to enjoy.

This recently updated townhouse is an end unit facing the west and has the wonderful deck to enjoy your perfect 30A sunset. During the day, head down the private boardwalk to your own gated beach just outside your back door, where you can enjoy uninterrupted relaxation at any time of the day. Private contracted beach service means you'll always have options for renting beach chairs, umbrellas, or other beach gear.

Inside this beautiful unit you will find an open floor plan on the first floor with your kitchen, living area and dining room as well as a half bathroom. Beautiful furniture throughout sets a relaxing tone when lounging in the spacious living area with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The kitchen is overstocked with supplies to cater to every type of chef wanting to prepare a family meal while watching the sun set through the large new picture windows facing the water. Two primary bedrooms, one which is Gulf-front, are accompanied by their own brand new bathrooms adorned with beautiful, high-end fixtures.

Wonderful stay!
Beautiful property with incredible views!! So nice for us since we had small children- very easy walk down to the beach. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because we cooked a good bit and it didn’t have all of the things we needed.

Amazing views from both levels
We really enjoyed our stay and the fantastic views from the main level, master bedroom, and master bath. you can literally shower while watching the waves! Even the second bedroom has views of the water. Over the years, we have stayed a multiple waterfront homes, but have to say that this location, windows, and well-placed furniture, made it one of the best. The access to the beach is great as well. When you view a listing online, you hope the rooms will seem as large as the pictures indicate, but often that is not the case. This property was exactly as advertised (and seemed a bit larger in some ways.) We certainly hope to stay here again. Also, Beach Habitats 30A was great to work with. I loved their policy of having the cleaning inspected before releasing the home and they have an automatic procedure of texting if it's ready for early check-in.

Relaxing Location
I stayed with my teenagers and husband. The kids had a great time being right on the beach. Nice cool weather in October. The house was very comfortable. Beds were fine and everything worked well. The downstairs toilet does flush it just needs a little time holding down the handle. I did learn this from other reviews. All the neighbors were quiet and friendly. I will return. Thanks for having us!

Loved our stay at this unit, very well decorated, but could use some painting and updates In The master bathroom. Also the furniture on the porch upstairs was very rusted. Would definitely go back, very safe and right in the beach with beautiful views!

Perfect Getaway
Property is just as described, very quiet townhome with private gated boardwalk and the emerald waters just steps away. Property Manger was very informative and responsive and the check in / check out process was seamless! Only suggestion is to put the private beach signs out daily (most days they weren’t put out at all) and to have some enforcement to the adjacent beach guests that this is a private beach area that is designated ONLY for the Sea Cliff residents & guests. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and have already booked for another vacation in the future!

Blue Mountain Beach townhome
The location was excellent! The beach is steps away and restaurants, ice cream/snow cones, and shops are within walking distance. Having the private beach was amazing (not crowded at all), and the chair/umbrella service was great. Our main issues included a couple of dirty dishes in the cabinets and the turntable in the microwave didn’t work which made heating up food tricky. There were also some small black bugs that accumulated around the back door that we needed to clean up. We reported the microwave and bugs to maintenance upon checkout and they quickly responded that they would have it checked out. We appreciate their responsiveness! Yes, like the other reviews stated, the downstairs toilet is tricky but works as long as you hold the handle down until it flushes. Overall, we loved staying at this location and would return.

Wonderful stay!
The location is wonderful with a private beach area right out the back door. The house is so cute just as pictured. It felt spacious and accommodated our family very well! It would be nice to have another couch or comfy seat for the living room (instead of straight back chairs). A few small touches would be nice like hooks in the bathroom or blinds that worked better, but overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely enjoy staying here again!

Beautiful location!
This location of the property was so convenient! The fact that it was an end unit made it even better as it felt very private as we couldn’t hear any neighbors. It was extremely accessible to restaurants and of course the beach is steps away! The unit has amazing views and the upgrade to one of the bathrooms (located in the 2bd bedroom) was very tastefully done. The powder room toilet down stairs seemed to be running often though and the master bath could use some updating. Overall though it was a spacious unit in a superb location and we enjoyed our time there!

Location was fantastic: Close to shops and restaurants , direct and private beach access, and parking was super easy. Interior: Lacked amenities. One single trash bag for the whole week. Not even cheap coffee and filters available. Furniture and fixtures are cheap and not comfortable. Plastic was still on the mattress of hideaway bed. (Definitely could use a remodel.) Some lightbulbs were burnt out and there were outlets that didn’t work. Some of the paint was peeling on the cabinets in the bathroom. Toilet was constantly running. Hot water took a hot minute to heat up in the shower. Luckily we didn’t spend much time inside. Communication: Easy to book, information was accessible. Pull out couch didn’t have bedding so they did drop it off that night rather quickly. Overall, if location is number one this is great. If you want a “nice” place, look elsewhere.
