With construction had to park a street over [edwards street] which was fine. The unit was clean, updated and small but was great for just my daughter and myself. We stayed 2 nights due to dance convention. Perfect stay for what we needed.

Cute studio with very comfortable king bed. Kitchen has been redone and is very functional and nice. A few items need fixing but overall very nice place. Centrally located and close to many restaurants.
We had a really relaxing stay. The accommodation was cosy and really clean. It contained all the necessary amenities we required for our stay. The host(s) were really accommodating and receptive to all our queries. We would definitely recommend staying here.
This was a very central location and excellent if you are going into downtown, Allentown, or anywhere else in the city. I found it quite walkable but also drove to some places too. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Appartement was clean and perfect for a 2 person stay. Close proximity to many different restaurants and all within the walking distance. Just a note for those who stay here, the parking on Trinity Place close by changes sides Thursday evening so be sure to watch for that if you do park there.
This property was great for 2 people. The bed/linens were super comfortable. We had some issues with internet, but that’s pretty much anywhere. We were very close to a number of bars & restaurants and it was convenient getting in & off the interstate.
I would definitely stay here again. The area is wonderful!
The apartment was fine. The area wasn't the best. The street I had to park on, Trinity Place, didn't feel safe. I live in the country so the noise of the sirens, people yelling and fighting and the building across the street had a bright outside light that shined directly into the bedroom. I called the hosts to cancel but didn't realize I needed to contact VRBO as well. I continue VRBO around 2:00 am and explained the situation and they said they would get back to me. I was just looking for 50% refund for the booking I made for next week.
It took us 3 days to realize Elmwood was a street that could take us directly to just about everything on our visit list!
The neighborhood was friendly. Our one wish was for a pair of comfortable chairs…the bed was our best choice but we hated drinking red wine on the sparkling white bedding!
Location was ideal. Walking distance to all of Allentown. Curb appeal of the block wasn't great but it was nice inside. Clean, newer fixtures, super comfortable bed, huge TV. Floor was a little soft in spots but seemed fine. No living room chairs or couch. Shower worked for me (5' 3") but if you're pretty tall, it'll be low for you. There was some road noise at night, but that comes with being right in the middle of things.

Busy and noisy
Property was ok. Nothing really to brag about.
The shaking that will wake you up around 6:30 am is not an earthquake just a delivery truck driving in front of the property. This continues frequently throughout the day.
The electrical box in the main unit should be locked. Someone staying in the lower unit turned the power to the A/C unit off and the upper unit reached a temp of 84 degrees with the window unit running all night it only brought it down to 78. Meanwhile the property owner asked me to try and trouble shoot the problem for him by adjusting the thermostats.
Needless to say 2 days of my 9 day stay were unbearable and extremely difficult to get any work done! Property owner didnt even offer a refund for the 1 night I got no rest due to the heat.
There is no where to sit other than the wood kitchen chairs or the bed.
Keep searching this one is over priced!
Couldn't have been easier to check in and out. As a woman traveling mostly alone, I felt very safe walking between the building and my car at night. There was some emergency maintenance that needed to happen on the floor below one morning, and Ryan very promptly messaged me to let me know when it would start and stop and apologize for any inconvenience it caused. Overall, it was a perfectly lovely stay!
We stayed here for two nights for a wedding in the city. The location was close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is small (no living room area) but sufficient and the kitchen is well outfitted even though we hardly used it. The road noise is a little loud so a sound machine app worked well to turn it into white noise. A great home base for Buffalo exploration!
