Rustic Retreat Denton is a cozy single story home w/a peaceful front landscaping & a small fenced backyard offering a good size pergola. Fully equipped kitchen to start your day w/healthy breakfast. Beautyrest plush mattress in master; Sealy in other bedrooms. All queens to offer you a comfortable night rest w/room darkening curtains; TV's in ea. room. Plush bath towels. 5G internet; work desk. 2-Car Garage w/long driveway. 1 mile to Medical City Denton, close to UNT, Denton Loop 288 Town Center.

The space
Rustic Retreat Denton is near two major hospitals (1 mile to Medical City Denton/10 mile to Medical City Lewivlle, university (UNT/TWU) parents, family who want to check out the areas before relocating to Dallas Fort-worth area, or stay away (but close enough) from messy renovation/insurance repair, wedding, family reunion, or business conference attenders, and traveling professionals to N. Texas. It's also comfortable for ~ three people to stay for thirty days or plus. The home is located in a quiet tree lined neighborhood that's central to everything Denton has to offer. Convenient to fwy I-35, Loop 288 shopping plaza (where Target, Kroger, Walmart, Aldi, Lowe's, Tractor's Supply etc are all nearby & Rayzor Ranch Town Center is near UNT), UNT about 8 miles, and TWU.

Living room Samsung TV is a Smart TV; Sony TV in the master bedroom has G-Chromecast TV including APPs like Haystack Live News, Tubi, YouTube etc. Recent addition: Vizio Smart TV in front bedroom; Samsung TV with G-Chromecast to another front bedroom. So there are one TV in the living room, and TVs in each bedroom. Netflix are available for the Living Room and Master Bedrooms' TVs; sorry *no cable TV*.

As I travel for work quite a bit, you may find some personal belongings at home. It's possible to work out longer stays (please email first and any questions you may have; we may ask guests to sign a rental agreement with extended stay).

Local bookings are not accepted at this time; NO parties or no illegal/inappropriate activities please. NO loud music, gathering in the patio, or extremely loud TV passing quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) Please. Smokings, vapor smoking, e-cigarettes, or pets are not allowed (Sorry).
