Just down from the Mississippi headwaters The Off Grid Oasis is a true paradise located between Itasca State Park and Bad Medicine Lake. With such a stunning location we are offering our unique experience where a hotel simply couldn’t exist. The Oasis boasts near 3000’ of shoreline on a beautiful Spring fed Lake. This is the only private property on the lake and also borders the North Country Trail.

The space
Minnesota’s best off grid exclusive camping experience.
Unrivaled Beauty; From your tent enjoy the amazing views over looking a crystal clear spring fed lake while being tucked into a forest.
Serenity; Unwind and recenter in the Northwoods, from enjoying a near unmotorized lake to hiking on endless miles of trail, there is a way for everyone to re-calibrate their mind, body, and soul.
Exclusivity; In an area that typically would accommodate 100's of people, the Oasis has chosen to break that mold. By offering 4 private luxurious tent locations with an entire lake, endless trails, island, and bathhouse area, you could spend an entire day without seeing another soul.
Amenities; Come stay in a top of the line luxurious bell tent fully furnished with modern style and comforts of home. Enjoy the modern conveniences of a flushable toilet, hot shower with giant skylight, and a one of a kind vanity all powered by the sun. Fancy your cooking needs on your personal grill with side burner.
Bathhouse
Hot shower with teak flooring and a giant skylight.
A large bathroom with flushable toilet and stylish touches.
On the bathhouse deck there is a vanity with sink, mirror, and hot water.
Bathhouse water isn’t potable, do not drink.
The bathhouse is shared between tents.
Tents
Each tent is a top of the line, white duck 20’ Avalon bell tent, with a white duck awning, making a covered porch. It’s placed entirely on its own platform .
Queen sized bed on a really nice elevated frame.

Also a brand new Kennedy pedal pontoon for use!
