College Park Blue Bungalow

Stay close to downtown Orlando in the quiet College Park neighborhood. This bungalow has been updated with modern bathrooms and kitchen and also has a peaceful backyard. Walk around Lake Adair in the morning or stroll down Edgewater Drive for some local coffee. Many shops and restaurants are close by, along with easy access to I-4 that will take you to the theme parks.

The house has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. One bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and laundry room are down two stairs. There is another bedroom with a king bed with ensuite bathroom with access to the backyard. There is one other full bathroom off the living room that has a bathtub. Each of the bedrooms has a desk to work at and its own TV. A screened in porch overlooks the backyard. The backyard has large tropical plants and a firpit. The kitchen has lots of counter space and includes standard kitchen equipment. There is a coffee bar with a Keurig and a Nespresso machine.

The property comes with a starter supply of essentials including laundry and dish soap. There are three full baths to use in the house. The downstairs one is very sensitive and requires no paper products be flushed down it. You will need to take out your own garbage can on Monday mornings and bring it in that night.
