This luxury apartment is located in the 1st. Floor of a super nice house, which is surrounded by a wonderfully large garden with pond and is located in the nature reserve of Starnberg. Lake Starnberg is very close.
The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.

The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a huge living room where two extra beds can be placed.
In the living room there are two tiled stoves, one of them has an open fireplace.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate toilet. The highlight is the large balcony overlooking the garden and nature reserve.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement.

The apartment offers peace and comfort. Pure relaxation!
You can expect a first-class equipped and lovingly designed apartment.
The large communal garden invites you to lie and relax.
There is a pond and many seating and dining options. There is also a barbecue available.
The property was completely renovated in 2013!

Rental basically only weekly.
Please understand that I charge a surcharge for short bookings.

Pets can be brought by arrangement, but extra charge / night is required.

For a dog a flat rate of 15 € per night will be charged.


They live in the apartment alone and have their own balcony.
But you are also welcome to use the large garden.


Surroundings:
The apartment is located directly in the nature reserve of Starnberg! Pure peace and idyll. But there are also various supermarkets and restaurants in town.

The train station (S-Bahn, station Possenhofen) is 1.8 km away.
The bus stop is 550 meters away.
The nearest bakery is 900 meters. In addition to the bakery is also a butcher. There are, among other things, daily hot food as a cheap lunch offer to go. Next to it is also a bank (also 900 meters away).
The nearest supermarket and other bakers (Edeka, Penny) are 1.5 km away.
In the village there are also two restaurants. Once an Italian "Garibaldi" and a Bavarian restaurant "zur Post".
In addition, there is a post office, a cafe and an ice cream parlor in the village.
At the large pastry shop "Robert Müller" in the village you can order cakes and there is also a chocolate production.

In Pöcking the bus 982 → the distance to the bus stop of Feldweg 12 is 500m

The nearest S-Bahn station is called Possenhofen, although this station is built in the village Pöcking.
The railway station of Pöcking station was called "Possenhofen" because in Empress Sissi grew up in Possenhofen as a child in the family in his father's castle.
We are 1.5 km from Possenhofen station.
The S-Bahn station is a 15-20 minute walk from the Sonnenhof (apartment).
The S-Bahn comes in 20-40 minute intervals.
A bus runs not far from the house and brings you in a few minutes to Starnberg. The bus does not travel often though.
