The approximately 40 sqm newly renovated apartment has a beautiful living room, a new bathroom with barrier-free shower, a beautiful conservatory and a south-west terrace with beach chair. The high quality and new equipment provides a pleasant and comfortable living. The sleeping area can be completely darkened via electric outdoor shutters.
