The Space:
There is beauty to behold and memories to make in every direction from this spacious home, situated along Highway 9 between Breckenridge and Alma. Flanked by mountains to the east and west, you will enjoy views of the inimitable Colorado Rocky Mountains from nearly every window of this inviting home.
Step inside and make your way upstairs to the open-concept and light-filled living, kitchen and dining area. With windows on nearly all sides and skylights nestled in the ceilings above, you will adore this space which allows you to move with ease as you socialize, dine and craft your latest culinary creation.
The living area offers up a place to kick back and settle in thanks to a plush and roomy sectional sofa, end table and a flat-screen TV. Here you can snuggle up and relax while you access any of your favorite streaming services and unwind while taking in a movie or show. If you’d prefer to set up a game or a puzzle, a dining area is nearby with a spacious table that provides seating for seven, with room for four more at the nearby bar area in the kitchen. Conveniently located near both the kitchen and living areas, the charming dining area also enjoys abundant natural light and the mountain views that make this home so special.
The chef in your group will love the space they will find in the gorgeous, fully-remodeled kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, generous cabinet and counter space, a bar/serving area that seats four and windows with breathtaking vistas that bring the outside in located over the sink and stove. The open-concept layout means you can whip up a favorite recipe or grab a snack and not miss a moment of the fun.
Just off of the dining area, make your way out to the beautiful deck space which boasts stunning mountain views, a BBQ grill, patio seating and a large picnic table for dining al fresco. You can fire up the grill and dig into your meals all in the shadows of Colorado’s famous Rocky Mountains.
Make your way back inside and down the hall where a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo is conveniently located just off of the kitchen, living and dining areas and at the top of the stairs from the entrance.
Continue down the hallway to the gorgeous master suite, complete with a stately matching bedroom set that features a king-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a large dresser and mirror and an en suite bathroom with a stylish sliding barn door. A large walk-in closet and windows with fabulous mountain views complete the space. The master bathroom has been completely updated with sophisticated finishes and boasts a roomy dual-sink vanity and a fully-tiled, walk-in shower with a modern glass door.
A second upstairs bedroom is outfitted with a full-size bed, dresser, nightstands and lamps and decorated in a modern and neutral palette, making for a tranquil space where you can drift off to sleep among the mountains thanks to the same incredible views that surround this home.
Downstairs, you will find a second cozy living area, complete with two plush couches, a media console and a flat-screen TV complete with Roku, so you can relax and unwind in two different zones of the home. A walk-in laundry closet is located just off of this living area for your use and you will also find a dedicated office, complete with a stylish modern couch, a roomy desk and a large window for natural light. A refrigerator located in the office provides additional food storage, if needed.
Steps away, you will find an updated ¾ bathroom with a single-sink vanity and walk-in shower with a glass surround is ideally situated between both the living room and office and the two downstairs bedrooms. The first bedroom is a fun and stylish bunk room, featuring two bunk beds - one a twin-over-twin and the other a twin-over-full as well as a flat-screen TV for in-room viewing before bed that the younger set will love. The second downstairs bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, nightstands, lamps, mirror and two dressers as well as two windows with peaceful nature views.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces as well as parking for as many as four vehicles in the garage and driveway.
In the garage you will find a 9 kW Chargepoint electric vehicle charging station, perfect for ensuring your vehicle is topped off and ready to explore the surrounding areas. Please note that the charger is on a schedule through Xcel so that it charges from 9 PM - 6 AM by default. If needed, guests can override that and charge immediately by unplugging from their car and plugging back in.
The Neighborhood:
This home is an outdoor lover's dream. Situated between Breckenridge and the charming town of Alma, you will enjoy unbeatable mountain and river views and unparalleled access to Colorado's Rocky Mountains, including several of the famed 14'ers. Hoosier Pass and Mosquito Pass are both in close proximity as are hiking and ATV trails to the area's many lakes, waterfalls, rivers, and scenic vistas. Stroll and shop the shops in Alma or make the drive to Breckenridge, less than 30 minutes away, where you will find ski slopes and myriad shops, restaurants, breweries, and galleries to explore.
Getting Around:
Despite its phenomenal locale in the mountains, this home enjoys easy access to just about anywhere thanks to nearby Highway 9, which can connect you to Alma to the south and Breckenridge to the north. If you prefer public transit, the FREE Summit Stage bus' Park County Commuter line stops at Main Street in Alma, where you can hop on and enjoy a ride all the way into Breckenridge. There you can catch any number of the Breck Free Ride buses to get around town or explore Main Street on the FREE trolley.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
