We stayed for 3 days. It was absolutely fantastic! The view from the balcony is incredible. It is a quiet location with access to a large pool and beach and a close walk to restaurants and shops. Patrick is very helpful and a fantastic host. It was perfect.

The property had excellent space with a large outside terrace. It had all the facilities needed for use as a base or for self catering. The views were tremendous. Parking was occasionally a problem especially if you return after 7pm. The host was great and very helpful.

Magnificant view
Patrick is a wonderful host. Quick communication via whatsapp/phone, very attentive. The location has an 180 degrees unbeatable view on the sea, a nice pool a few steps down, all amnities are present in the house, beach on walking distance and a shop ( fresh bread) at a stone’s through. To go short, we recommend this place ‘ nueva baviera’ to anyone who wants to have a relaxed holiday, in all privacy, with a stunning view. ( yes we did see dolphins)

Great spacious appartment with nice ocean view
We had a very nice 2 week stay in the appartment. It is bigger than it appears on the fotos. The ocean view from the lounge (with big sliding windows) and from the big terrace is great. It was surprisingly quiet,also at night. The large pool is also great and was never busy. The provided drinking water is a great extra service. There is a small supermarket close by and a restaurant in walking distance.

Ruhe und Entspannung mit grandioser Aussicht
Wur waren 10 Nächte bei Patrick in der Wohnung und es war sehr erholsam.Waren mit unseren Sohn dort und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Auch gute Lage als Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkundigen. Patrick ist ein fürsorglicher Gastgeber.

Es erwartet ein traumhafter Meerblick.Die Anlage ist gepfegt, sehr ruhig am Rande des ganzen Trubel.Man ist trotzdem schnell im Zentrum .Wir kommen wieder.

Nette Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, mit nur einigen Metern Fußweg zum Strand. Gepflegte Anlage ohne Partytourismus. Manko der Gegend ist die Parksituation, nach etwa 19 Uhr werden ca. 700m Fußweg zur nächsten Parkmöglichkeit fällig, die man einkalkulieren sollte.

Lage des Appartments sehr gut , herrliche Aussicht , Pool und Strand schön Das Appartment ist sehr zweckmässig, es fehlt nichts Patrick ist ein sehr freundlicher immer erreichbarer Gastgeber( ein kleines Missgeschick unsererseits war schnell gelöst)Frisches Trinkwasser wurde vom Gastgeber in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Grund der vielen und steilen Stufen ist die Anlage für Personen mit Gehbehinderung nicht ideal

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende top. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Die Flexibilität bei An-und Abreise perfekt. Wir konnten ganz nach unseren Wünschen an-und abreisen. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts. Tolle Location, toller Gastgeber.

Einfach toll!!
Was für ein schöner Aufenthalt! Wir waren ganze 3 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere 10 jährige Tochter genoss den Pool in vollen Zügen und liebte es am Strand vor der Tür in die Wellen zu springen. Die Wohnung und der Strand waren auch optimal für unseren 2jährigen Sohn. Die Wohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten die man im Urlaub braucht.

Das Appartement mit der Wahnsinns-Aussicht
Wer erwartet schon ein solches Panorama, wenn er den Salon oder die Terrasse betritt? Man möchte den Blick nicht mehr abwenden, sollte es aber doch tun, denn es lohnt sich durchaus Einrichtung und Dekoration des neuen Lebensraumes zu würdigen.Herzlich, individuell und sympatisch wie der Vermieter, offen und lebensfroh, wie die Canaren! Rundum empfehlenswert - wir würden wiederkommen!

Superbe vacances sous le soleil
Notre séjour de 8 jours c'est dérouler sans aucun problème. Patrick nous a très bien accueilli avec le sourire et beaucoup d énergie positive.présent pour nous orienter mais discret tout de même. L'appart est d une propreté impeccable. Très jolie vue sur la mer, levé de soleil a ne pas manquer. Piscine très bien entretenue. Situation géographique parfaite pour sillonner toute l ile. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Ausdicht
Wir haben die 6 Tage in Patricks Domizil wirklich genossen. Auf der herrlichen Terrasse, die wirklich ein Highlight darstellt, begann unser Tag mit einem ausgedehnten Frühstück incl. Blick aufs Meer und klang entspannt aus mit einem Glas Wein. Zwischendurch noch ein kleines Mittagsschläfchen auf der gemütlichen Outdoor-Couch hat für Urlaubs-Feeling pur gesorgt. Der Pool in der Nähe ist sehr gepflegt und perfekt für eine Erfrischung. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, weil auch der Gastgeber Patrick ausgesprochen freundlich und fürsorglich war !

Die Wohung ist groß und sauber und hat einen fantastischen Blick auf den Atlantik. Das Schwimmbad hatten wir fast für uns allein. Es waren 2 wunderschöne Wochen zum Erholen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir waren die ersten 2 Wochen im August bei Patrick. Die Wohnung ist super, es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach Traumhaft schön. Die Gegend ist super. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind. Die Dünen von Maspalomas oder der Traumstrand Playa del Ingles sind mit Bus oder Taxi in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Patrick war zu dieser Zeit selbst nicht auf der Insel, trotzdem hat er für uns alles perfekt organisiert und und viele schöne Tipps gegeben. Rund um ein Traumhaft schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank Patrick und bist bald 😊

Erholung pur
Unser Ankommen war fast so, als wären wir nicht das 1.Mal auf GC. Patrick holte uns vom Flugplatz ab und los ging es ins gemütliche Domizil für die nächsten 10 Tage. Dank der Nebensaison war die tolle Badebucht unterhalb der Anlage wenig besucht, sowie der Pool ebenso. Am Morgen jeweils traumhaft. Die Insel lässt sich von dort aus per Mietauto in alle Richtungen erkunden. Patrick umsorgt seine Gäste, steht mit Tipps zur Seite, unkompliziert vom Anfang der Buchung bis zum Abschied. Die Parkplatzsituation am Abend ist vor der Anlage aussichtlos, aber unten nähe der Busstation hat es einen Grossparkplatz. 10 Minuten Fussweg. Dort war immer was frei. Wir würden wieder buchen und können Patricks Bungalow nur empfehlen.

Schönes Apartment mit tollem Meerblick
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Patricks Apartment sehr genossen. Der Empfang durch Patrick war sehr freundlich. Er hat uns alles erklärt und stand für Fragen die gesamte Zeit zur Verfügung. Im Haus findet man alles, was man benötigt und die Betten sind bequem. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich auf der tollen Terrasse aufgehalten. Ein großer Tisch lädt zum gemütlichen Essen ein und die Sitzecke ist zu jeder Tageszeit optimal, um aufs Meer zu blicken. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist nett, nichts besonderes, aber schön einen zu haben. Insgesamt ist die Anlage sehr ruhig mit netten Leuten. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer in der Nähe gefunden, trotz Osterfest und -ferien. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ist fußläufig in der Nähe, mit dem Auto sind die größeren Geschäfte aber auch schnell zu erreichen. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Apartment definitiv uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
