About this property

Small but nice. The apartment was completely renovated in 2016 and is located on the ground floor. The approx. 28m² are divided into two rooms and a bathroom.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine.

The bathroom is small, but has a large, floor-level shower, toilet, vanity with base cabinet and mirror. Floor heating is also installed here.

The sofa bed in the living area invites you to relax. Next to it is the dining table, where up to four people can sit.

A door leads into the bedroom. Here a large double bed (200cmx180cm) offers comfort for a restful sleep after a long walk on the beach. You will find space for clothes in the spacious wardrobe.

The guest contribution of the city of Borkum is collected by the landlord at the stated price.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub auf Borkum

Die kleine, aber feine ;) FeWo haben wir genau wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos vorgefunden. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden (super z.B., dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher im Buchungspreis inbegriffen sind), alles ist gepflegt, funktional-gemütlich und auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Da wir letzte Woche prima Wetter hatten, war der tägliche Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum (ca. 15 Minuten) überhaupt kein Problem. Der kleine Einkaufsmarkt und zwei Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe sind aber auch ein Bonus, falls der Wettergott es mal weniger gut meint. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und empfehlen diese gerne weiter.

Nette kleine Wohnung

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Ruhige Umgebung, ca 1,5 km vom Zentrum. Die Insel ist toll, viel grün und noch meer Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert, sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Insel!

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist in der Nähe vom Strand und ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Wir hatten dort einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen gemütlichen und modern eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Größe der Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Lage ist super. Mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zur Promenade / Zentrum. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und problemlos. Auch der Check in hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Borkum und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Süße kleine Wohnung direkt an den Dünen

Alles war Top, für zwei Leute ist die Wohnung perfekt. Gute 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt oder an die Promenade.

Ferienwohnung klein aber fein.

Wohnung war topp sauber und gut ausgestattet. Liegt zwar etwas außerhalb ist aber, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist noch akzeptabel vom Centrum und Strand gelegen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Für 2 Personen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Hervorragende kleine Ferienwohnung

Sehr komfortable und gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung! Trotz der begrenzten Größe ist alles so geschickt arrangiert, dass es sich nicht beengt anfühlt oder Ausstattung fehlt. Zudem ist die Einrichtung noch sehr neu und recht geschmackvoll zusammengestellt. Die Lage ist für Menschen ohne Beeinträchtigung zentrumsnah aber doch sehr ruhig. Zu den Dünen bzw. zum Strand oder dem nächsten Supermarkt ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Der Gastgeber sowie die Ansprechperson vor Ort sind sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in toller Lage

Meinen Aufenthalt habe ich sehr genossen. Insbesondere die kleine Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet neben allen nötigen Geräten und Utensilien eine kleine Auswahl an Gewürzen und Tee. Die Lage der Wohnung in einer etwas ruhigeren Wohngegend war für mich ideal: In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Ortskern sowie die wunderschönen Wanderwege am Strand und in den Dünen. Ein Bonus ist der Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus und auch die Zufahrt ist problemlos möglich (Saisonregelungen beachten!).
