Two of the three bedrooms in this Paradise Escapes PCB beauty oceanfront suites that have access to the large balcony. The first bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite garden bath with a separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity along with direct balcony access. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private full bath including shower/tub combo and vanity also with direct balcony access. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and a private full bath including shower/tub combo and vanity. Rounding out sleeping for 8 is the queen sleeper sofa.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $500 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.

Note: All Aqua guests must pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s) at http://www.aquaparking.net . The registration fee is $35.00 + tax per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). It is paid directly by the guest prior to your stay and is not included in your booking total.

Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks and units ending in 06 through 11) and replacing the beach boardwalk. During this time, the western (smaller pool on Pier Park side) outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern (larger pool and heated section on Shuckums side) indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub will remain open. A temporary or alternate beach access will also be provided during the boardwalk construction period.

At Aqua, amenities abound with a poolside café, whirlpool spa, and the majestic beachside terrace of pools, fountains and water gardens. And nearby are plenty of additional restaurants, shops, activities, go-karts, putt-putt, water parks, zoos and more.
