This single-level home is adjacent to the Heron Point Golf Course, and the expansive back deck offers an impressive view of the 10th fairway. Plus, you'll have fun making a splash in the private spa and pool, complete with a basketball hoop.

Slip through one of the many sliding glass doors in Stoney Creek to enjoy some fresh air, or curl up on a sofa in the family room to watch the 47-inch flatscreen television with a Blu-ray player. You can easily prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and this home has four bedrooms, each with its own television, and four full bathrooms.

Despite the beautiful interior, you'll be drawn to the screened-in porch, where there is a gas grill and a beautiful view. In addition to the home's proximity to the golf course, it is also centrally located for shopping, dinner, and waterfront fun in the Sea Pines area of Hilton Head Island, SC. Amazing house!

This is one of the best houses I’ve ever rented in Sea Pines. Great location proximal to Harbor Town. It’s at the end of a beautiful, quiet street. House was very clean with bathrooms for all the bedrooms. Two living areas. Lots of outdoor space: huge deck, outdoor patio, screened porch, pool, shower. Nice grill, well appointed kitchen. Would stay here again. Rental folks were easy to work with and responsive to our needs.

The floor plan splits the bedrooms into two bedrooms per side which was wonderful for the two families staying. We loved the Adirondack chairs facing the golf course and we had a lot of fun playing basketball in the pool. Wonderful home that we plan to return to in the future.

Family Fun

This house was perfect for our families. The over 60 year olds were on one side of the house and the over 25 year olds were on the other side. We hosted Thanksgiving for 16 people and the house accommodated the seating beautifully. There was space for those watching tv and those who did not want to. The back porch and pool area were utilized as well. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and utensils.

Haleigh was very welcoming and made our arrival extremely easy.She was very informative about the house as well as the events and places to see on the island. Rudy our property manager, was wonderful. He regularly checked in with us during our month stay to see if we needed anything. When we had questions, he texted and phoned us right back, even on his day off ! We found the house very clean and organized.The house was very well equipped. We love HHI.The walk to Harbour Town to the Bakery is always a favourite activity. Shops and cruises are fun too. The beaches, shopping and biking are also favourites. Restaurants like Hudson's, Skull Creek, Hilton Head Diner and the Smoke House are always a must on our vacation. Pirates Mini Golf is fun too. We would highly recommend 60 Stoney Creek as a wonderful place to spend time on the island.

Bright paint, new flooring, new furniture. It had everything we needed for a great family Thanksgiving with a perfect location on the golf course, fun (heated) pool for the kids, easy bike to Harbor Town, and a fully stocked kitchen. This was our 3rd stay here and we will return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this rental based on location, pool/spa, private baths for every bedroom. Plenty of gathering spaces with multiple dining and living rooms made this great for our yearly extended family gathering! We could not have asked for a better location, layout, or amenities. Only reason for not 5-star all the way around... was poor communication and needed add-on of 2nd parking pass — despite our communication of of 9 adults - more than any one vehicle could hold. It made for a confusion, awkward and less than stellar arrival experience at 10pm for the 2nd car. (This $30 add-on for a second Sea Pines Gate pass for a $4k weekend rental just feels bad. 1 pass seems adequate for 1-2 bedroom units.., not houses with occupancy of 11. It’s less about the money- just the hassle and confusion and principle of it).***There was no working AC for the first 2 days of our weekend stay. It happens, and the HVAC technician eventually got to us but it was a rough first night all around. The most we’ve spent on a weekend rental with so many hiccups. Thankfully the house, furnishings and pool salvaged our trip. Everything else was great.
