Indulge yourself waking up with a local gourmet cup of coffee (included!) or an evening cocktail on the balcony. No need to worry about getting splashed while reading your book at this unit- located on the third floor, you will be able to enjoy the view with plenty of privacy.

A popular Lake Geneva lodging destination, the Cove Hotel brings a resort-like feel to our quaint Midwest town. Featuring massive indoor/outdoor pools (with a hot tub!), staying in for the day is always an option despite being a stone's throw from the Eastern shore of Geneva Lake. Walk through flat iron park to rent a boat, take a guided tour of the lake, or soak up some rays at Riviera beach. Forget the car and set off on foot to hike the majestic Geneva Lake shore path, shop, wine or dine before returning to your comfortable abode for the evening!

*Cove parking passes available for a maximum of two vehicles. If your group requires any additional parking spots, please inquire.

*Outdoor pool only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
*Fireplace isn't currently functional and not useable
*Washer/Dryer is coin operated (not in unit)

Great location and setup for family of four
The place worked perfectly for our family of four. We had a comfortable set up for our 7 year old, 4 year old and us, and we loved the location walkable to everything in downtown Lake Geneva. Having the Lake City Social restaurant, pool, and arcade onsite really enhanced our stay. Some recommendations for future enhancements would be updating the bathroom vanity, better stocking the kitchen, and adding a streaming set up for the main bedroom.

Beautiful stay
We really enjoyed our stay at your place. It had everything we needed and more. I have to say the bed was so comfortable we were trying to figure out how to take it home with us! We loved all the amenities, the pool and restaurant were our favorites. Even though the beaches were closed we did go on two different cruises and they were so fun. Thank you for letting us stay, we hope we could stay again sometime. Denise

Great location- everything you need onsite
Spacious and clean condo across the street from the lake and overlooking a park with mature trees and a creek. centrally located-steps from downtown Lake Geneva and all the activities. Resort Building, grounds and condo could use a few updates (condo bathroom and shower needs a reno). Suggest updated window blinds to block outdoor patio light from shining in bedroom. overall the condo was comfortable with all needed comforts of home and basic resort accommodations.

Perfect for what we needed
My husband and I brought our two little boys. This was the perfect spot for us. It was such a convenient location to walk everywhere even with a 5 and 6 year old. The hotel pool was great as well as the restaurant attached. Beach and boat rentals were all so close! I gave 5 stars to just about everything. The only thing I would say is that some of it is a little outdated but again, for us that was totally fine!

Perfect family getaway!
The location of this condo couldn't be more perfect-- within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our kids LOVED the pools. The condo itself was a good size for our family of 4. It was relatively clean, with some room for improvement (e.g., the patio was too dirty to sit on, there was some pieces of food in the sofa, and the bathroom floor had some curious spots). We had a great time and would stay at this property again!

Close to town, apartment is fine
The location and the pool are great. The room is just ok. The microwave did not work (there was an extra one in the closet we had to pull out to use). The internet is awful. The room is advertised as having a smart TV, however, because the internet does not work well, it was difficult to watch anything without the stream constantly cutting out. There are no dresser drawers in the unit and there were only 8 hangers. There was also a bad smell coming from the room next door/closet area of the room. We contacted The Cove front desk and the owner and they said there was nothing they could do beside drop off air freshener. Overall, the owner was very responsive, but it would be nice to not have to call the owner 3+ times while on a trip with your family. The walls are also thin. This location would be ok if you're not planning on staying in the room too much.
