PLEASE 2024 Note- the exterior of the building will be undergoing some repairs. There could be noise around the building. However, due to the location of our unit, we have not had any noise issues.
The resort charges an $80 amenities fee. I have included this in my pricing. I will prepay it for you, however, you will be required to fill out a registration form prior to arrival. Upon arrival, you will show them the code, and they will give you the bands and parking pass for your stay.

We do have a door bell camera.
1 Car allowed 1 parking permit per booking
Minimum age of 25 required to book. (We require all singles in the group to be 25) message with questions.
No Parties Allowed
NO SMOKING in the condo, by the front door or on the balcony. If any smoke smell is in the condo, you will be required to pay a $500 cleaning fee.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement and a $200 security hold will be required through a secure link.
You will be required to fill out a guest registration form for the resort before check-in
