Nice Locale & Service, but Poor Amenities

The hotel lobby and restaurant are beautiful and staffed with friendly people, but the room was terrible. Dark with inadequate lighting, there wasn’t a coffee machine or a separate toilet area. The coffee served in the lobby tasted like dirt. Also, they only perform housekeeping every other day. For our first time in the city, it was a huge disappointment.
