Nice apartment with sea views, roof terrace and nice communal pool

The apartment is located in a house with private entrance and is completely independent and undisturbed from the other apartment in the basement with the entrance on the other side.
The house is located in a small, quiet and well-kept urbanization with small individual villas and a beautiful garden and pool area. There are a few stairs from the residential street to the house.
The apartment has a covered parking space.
The sandy beach "El Portet" and some restaurants are only 1. 800 meters.

Moraira has the flair of a small fishing village, but with all the amenities and amenities of a fine resort. Moraira is also called the small Saint Tropez of the Costa Blanca. Villas of wealthy residents from all over the world determine the image of the surroundings of Moraira. Moraira also has a small old town with beautiful souvenir shops and boutiques, restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartment has a beautiful open plan living / dining area with sea views, from here you can reach the small roof terrace via an outdoor spiral staircase and you have a wonderful panoramic sea view to Calpe with its mountain, the Peñon de Ifach and the Bernia massif. Against the sun, there is an outdoor awning for the dining area.

The living room consists of 2 sofas (one of which is a sofa bed) and an armchair. It has a Smart TV, air conditioning hot / cold.
Behind it is the open-plan small kitchen with gas stove, sink, microwave, washing machine and fridge with a small freezer.

The cozy bedroom has a queen-size bed (150 x 190 cm) and a closet. Here there is a ceiling fan against the summer heat.
Next door is the small shower room with toilet and a sink.

ADDITIONAL COSTS ARE:
In the winter months November to February, a monthly electricity / water / gas flat rate fee of 80,00 € is to pay or 20,00 € weekly.

Bon séjour dans une maison sympa

Réservation et payement simple et rapide possible en espagnol, anglais, français et allemand, l'accueil était sympa et ponctuel. la Maison correspond bien a la description, très bien situe et parfait pour un couple. deux chose sont a remarqué, l'accès avec nos vélos électrique est difficile, il faut franchir une dizaine des marche, donc porté les vélos, pour monté et descendre. Le second problème est, que le moteur de la climatisation est bêtement installé sous la fenêtre de la chambre a coucher, quand il fait pas chaud hors saison cest tres bruyante pour tenir en temperature la location.

Insgesamt war es ein guter Monat. Wunderbare Aussicht, ruhig. Cristina hat uns sehr gut betreut, Einrichtung gemütlich und hatte alles was man braucht, nur Sateliten -TV fehlte, obwohl in Anzeige, Hausmappe und nach persönlicher Nachfrage zugesichert war gab es nicht. Schade.Das Bett etwas zu schmal für zwei ältere Personen. Nicht geeignet für Gehbehinderte, Auto ratenswert. Preis-leistungsvehältnis gut

Would not go back as the accommodation was up a very steep and windy road. Could not walk to any of the amenities definitely need a car.

Agradable estancia

El apto. se ajusta perfectamente a la descripcion y es agradable para un aestancia veraniega de una familia pequeña. está limpio y agradablemente decorado y equipado. La urbanizacion es muy tranquila y la piscina muy bien. Aunque su ubicacion requiere el coche para todo, se tarda apenas 5 min a la playa y el pueblo. La entrada fue muy rapida y cómoda con Cristina. En general, todo muy bien. Un apto muy recomendable!

Lovey Apartment, very Spanish lovely community , very handy for Marley’s bar and The Tropical bar , lots of entertainment in both . Moraira is stunning , lots of other places to visit ! Great shops , restaurants… happy holidays !

Te veel afwijkingen tov de advertentie airco niet correct werkend

Volgende gebreken airco die niet werkt zaolshet hoort veeeel lawaai. Vochtig appartement hebben een lucht ontvochtiger gekocht om dit probleem te verhelpen. Televisie eentje van uitde oude doos versletentoestel en ook enkel maar Spaanse posten. In de keuken een gasbek onbruikbaar. Bij het binnenkomen zeker niet netjes veel stof op grond maar op het einde van ons verlof moesten we wel opkuis betalen hebben onze voorgangers dat ook gedaan dan vraag ik mij af wie er daar kuist. De verwarming was niet voldoende om het geheel te verwarmen, kwamen max tot 20 graden. De elektriciteit was niet sterk genoeg regelmatig afspringen van de elektriciteit bij gebruik van lichting badkamer en slaapkamer was de lichtsterkte van beide lampen bijna gehalveerd, stofzuiger alleen deed de elektriciteit afspringen. Wij zijn campeerders en zijn wel wat gewoon maar voor 45 dagen hadden we iets anders verwacht, wat netter moderner. Wat de ligging betreft was het wel 100 procent wat we zochten daarom zijn we er ook gebleven, hebben prachtig weer gehad om toch te zeggen dat we fijne vakantie hebbengehad maar dat de verblijfsaccomodatie niet in verhouding was 5op10

Weihnachtsurlaub

Generell eine schön aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Dachterrasse und wunderbarem Ausblick! Schlecht beheizt bzw. Bauweise, dünne Fenster..... Sehr düster da es an ordentlicher Beleuchtung fehlt, speziell im Wohnbereich!!! Kein gut funktionierter Fernseher (schlechte Qualität) , nur spanische Sender obwohl als Sat-TV deklariert! Es fehlte an vielen Utensilien: keine Kochlöffel, Kartoffelschäler, Teekanne, ganz normale Schneidebretter (ohne Schnickschnack), Weingläser (nur zwei Stück)....... Für unser Empfinden zu wenig Hand/Badetücher = pro Person für 3 Wochen je eines, obwohl Waschmaschine vorhanden aber in den Wintermonaten trocknet es nicht so rasch ab! Ansonsten sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausdame!

Parfait pour un séjour depaysant

Location parfaite juste ce qu'il faut. Néanmoins, revoir le lit d'appoint, pas facile à déplier. À noter quelques défauts à notre arrivée mais rien de grave. Heureusement que la climatisation était là ! La piscine est à 15 mètres, c'est parfait, même si on aurait aimé que les gens soient plus respectueux des consignes.

Lovely place to rest

Peacefully, quiet and charming place, with everything what You may need to spend a week with family. What impressed us most is terrace on the roof with wide view on the surroundings and the smell of the rhododendron's flowers :) Swimming pool is also great alternative to 20 minutes walk to the beach. Nice and cosy place!
