The living room with kitchen/dining area leads to the veranda equipped for outdoor dining and relaxing, barbecue. House surrounded by large fenced plot for common use with other 2 apartments. 2 km the sandy beaches of San Nicola L'Arena. Baby crib available on request. 11 km Altavilla di Milicia, 15 km Bagheria, 20 km the archaeological site of Solunto; 20 km Caccamo; 30 km Palermo, 44 km Cefalù with ferries to the Aeolian Islands.
