Quiet chalet for 4-5 persons, with WIFI, a private pool and nice garden, near pine-forest This vacation house offers:
Two bedrooms with built-in cupboards, one double and two single beds.
A modern American kitchen with washing-machine, large fridge with freezer, microwave, ceran-cooking and oven.
A living-room with sofa and a sofa-bed for one person more, dining-table with 6 chairs, with WIFI and a TV-set with international and British channels.
In the precious subtropical garden you have another furnished terrace (beside the usual porche) nice BBQ and a pretty swimming pool. The plot is completely fenced. In the neighbourhood there are some more vacation homes and the huge pine-forest of Roche is just 50mtrs away.
The distance to the beaches is abt. 4 KM and to the centre of Conil with its bars and restaurants abt. 5 KM = 5-7min by car.

Vacaciones
Hemos disfrutado de unos días de descanso. La ubicación nos pareció buena, a diez minutos en coche de Conil y sus playas, es una zona tranquila donde disfrutar lejos del alboroto. Micaela, quién nos recibió, muy amable y atenta. La casa super limpia y cómoda, dispone de todo lo necesario, muy acogedora. La piscina y zona de jardín increíble. Echamos en falta el aire acondicionado, Durante el día hace vientecillo y hay corriente en la casa, pero algunas noches, el calor dificultaba el descanso. El año que viene, si volvemos, tenemos claro que elegiremos opción con climatización porque en Cadiz es indispensable.

Es una casa grande, no falta de nada y un sitio muy tranquilo donde tienes a menos de 5 min en coche ( playas y comercios). La piscina es grande rodeada de césped. La comunicación tanto con la agencia como con la propietaria a sido muy buena siempre atentos .

Geweldig huis op een rustige locatie
We werden keurig bij het huis ontvangen door Micaela. Alles was helemaal in orde. Het huis heeft een heerlijk zwembad dat na een paar warme dagen lekker op temperatuur was. Prima uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van de Costa de la Luz.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in Conil de la Frontera
Casa Miguelina entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Haus, Pool und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Verwalterin ist sehr freundlich und gastorientiert. Spanische Sprachgrundkenntnisse sind in der Kommunikation (gilt auch für die gesamte Region) hilfreich. Einen Aufenthalt in der Casa Miguelina können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus, sauberer Pool, großes Grundstück in völlig ruhiger, aber gut angeschlossener Lage (direkt neben einem Wald bzw. Erholungspark, 5 km bis zum Meer, 10 min. nach Conil), sehr freundliche und entspannte Gastgeberin, absolut optimal!

Maison bien équipé avec smart télé ,un très bon wifi et une bonne piscine tout ça au calme dans les bois et très bien placer a cote des plages du centre et des commerces. Bien accueilli par Micaela qui est très sympa. C pas pour faire de la pub mais réserver sans problème nous avons passer un super séjour.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen - tolles Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool
zu allererst: die Hühner in der entfernten Nachbarschaft waren gewöhnungsbedürftig. Morgens ab 4:00 hat der Hahn schon mal losgelegt und andere folgten. Das Haus: Klasse! Sehr privates Anwesen mit Tor, Mauern, Zitronenbaum, Kräutern, Hibiskus, Rosen und dem phantastischen Pool. Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme, Grill und ein super gepflegter Rasen. Innen: Große, gut ausgestattete Küche, deutsches Kabelfernsehen, alle Fenster mit festen Fliegengittern und eine geräumige Dusche. Betten waren okay, aber für uns Rückengeschädigte zu hart. Kopfkissen ebenso. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Umgebung: In kürzester Nähe etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restauranrs. Der Supermarkt Carefour ist bestens ausgestattet mit frischem Fisch, Fleisch, Obst und guten Rosados. Keine weiteren 5 Minuten ist man in Conil oder ein paar Minuten mehr an verschiedenen Stränden. Ebenso ist das Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um auf die Schnellstrassen zu den umliegenden sehenswerten Städten (Vejer, Cadiz, Jerez, Tarifa und Sevilla) zu kommen. Fazit: Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen....

Estupenda casa
Pasamos 11 días muy tranquilos en una zona llena de playas, bosque y buenos chiringuitos. Algún día hizo viento en la playa y nos quedamos en casa disfrutando de la piscina. Todo es muy completo y sencillo. Casa muy recomendable por situación y precio.

Ruhiger Urlaub
Wir hatten die Casa Miguelina ganz kurzfristig gebucht, wichtig war uns ein eigener Pool. Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen, das Haus war ruhig gelegen, keine Einsicht vorausdenken in den Garten/Pool, man war wirklich ganz für sich. Das Haus ist groß, gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La semana que hemos ...
La semana que hemos estado nos encantó. Viajamos con dos niños que disfrutaron al máximo la piscina y estuvieron encantados. La casa está genial, tiene de todo y muy bien arreglado. WiFi, barbacoa, el único pero sería la señal de TDT de la televisión. La casa está muy bien ubicada, de allí nos fuimos a Cádiz, Vejer, Caños, Playa de Bolonia sin ser viajes muy largos.

La piscina es espectacular, al igual que la zona de cesped y jardín. En el porche se puede disfrutar de los desayunos, comidas y cenas al aire libre, preparadas en la barbacoa. El trato de los dueños ha sido muy cordial, estando siempre pendientes y a nuestra disposición. Han sido, sin duda unas muy buenas vacaciones, esperamos poder repetir en un futuro.
