Emerald Beach Resort Unit 1126 – Open, bright, and comfortable 1 bedroom plus bunk nook.

This condo has stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator with water and ice maker in the door and is stocked with everything you will need to cook a family dinner or a small breakfast. It offers a Keurig coffee maker and everything you will need in the way of small appliances. The bar has seating for two with a dining table that also seats four. The living room has comfortable furniture with a queen sleeper sofa, a sliding door to the large balcony, and a large flat screen TV.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a large flat screen TV. The shared bathroom has a single vanity with an oversized walk-in shower. There are also twin over twin bunk beds in the hall nook, perfect for the kids!

Emerald Beach Resort offers plenty of amenities and direct beach access to have the best vacation. The resort includes multiple outdoor pools, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, grill area, an onsite market, and shuffleboard. The kids will love the lagoon pool that has water park features. You can have a refreshing drink at the tiki bar or have a coffee at the onsite Starbucks!

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night's rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 21. If not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.

Awesome condo!
We absolutely loved this condo. Staff were readily available and always responsive with any help we needed. The condo was super clean and the bed is honestly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Only hiccup we had was what to do when checking out because there was no information for who to contact other than the cleaning prior to leaving.

Property was cleaned but not thoroughly cleaned. Lamps etc had thick dust showing that the weren't regularly cleaned. Floor had some sand left behind, dust under beds etc.

Perfect family vacation
The location is perfect. Several restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store and a gift shop. I had read concerns about the parking garage and the elevators before we went and we did not have issues with either of these. The parking garage is a little tight but most people are courteous. We have a full size 4 door Ram truck and had no issues. The only time we saw a line for the elevator was coming in from the beach at 4:30pm on a Saturday. My brother and his family waited in line for about 15 minutes. My son and I just walked up 2 flights of stairs then went to the elevators on the other end of the condo to avoid the line. The rest of the week we had zero elevator wait times and zero elevator lines. The walk to the beach is much shorter than the pictures made it look. There are 2 beach access points from the condo. We saw dolphins every morning from our balcony. The pool by the beach gets a little crowded but they had live music so it was pretty cool. The pool by the parking garage is much less crowded and we chose to hang out at this one more. They had a dj a couple of the nights. They let you reserve a grill time and even give you cooking utensils at the desk free of charge. There are 2 propane grills so we cooked out and swam. There is a bar at both pools. Condo gift shop, Starbucks and arcade room are all on the parking garage side of the street. Overall this was an amazing experience for us!!

The property was exactly how it was pictured. Beautiful views, right on the beach and close to several restaurants that we walked to during our stay. Hated to leave but can’t wait to come back!

Great overall place
Great view with plenty of amenities and location. Place was clean and the kitchen was ample. Entryway door was broken but was fixed during stay. Also noted the balcony door handle was missing a screw and made it hard to open the door. The only major issue overall was the light shining in the bedroom window made it hard to sleep, needed blackout curtains. The ceiling fan also kept making a ticking noise. I enjoyed my stay overall and would recommend

Great property but so so upkeep
Overall property is great. Individual unit was neat but there was mess from sloppy repainting and grouting(on floors,towel bars walls. Also no blackout blinds in bedroom.
