This attic apartment has 45 square meters and consists of a spacious living / bedroom with 2 very comfortable single beds that can be put together or separately, a sofa bed, a small balcony overlooking the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room , The heating and hot water treatment runs on a modern gas boiler.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with exhaust air, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a fridge with freezer, and a pantry and of course enough crockery.
