Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the peacefulness and serenity, while being only 30 min away from the city. Nestled in Mint Hill area , this beautiful and unique A-Frame house been fully renovated and equipped to entertain and to never disappoint. Escape to fresh air , warm fire and starry nights. Breakfast is provided. The house accommodates 6 adults 2kids, only 1 shower.

The Space:
The house is beautifully built and furnished to certainly give you a vacation feel. It consists of 3 floors . The main floor includes the living room , dinning room , fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom and beautiful outdoor patio with a grill. Upstairs includes a queen sized bed with a TV and a little balcony that overlooks the fire pit and beautiful lights . Lowest level sleeps 6 people and includes king sized bed , queen sized bed and a sofa sleeper in the living area. The house accommodates sleeping 6 adults comfortably. However , due to the uniqueness of the A-Shaped structure , it has only 1 shower.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all parts of the house . The shed near the house is locked and currently used for storage .

The Neighborhood:
Very quite neighborhood. The neighbors next door have a friendly dog that's getting older and likes to roam in the neighborhood. You might find him sometimes laying in the front yard because the guests been spoiling him and giving him treats all the time. Now he made it a habit to hang around the house, but he is very sweet :) He interacts perfectly with guests but may be intimidated by other dogs if you are brining any.

Other Things to Note:
Enjoy the fire pit . There’s always wood stocked outside . The lighter and flame starter are in the closet near the kitchen
