The house is very conveniently located: In the city center of Koblenz, in the business park Mühlheim-Kärlich and also in the industrial area Koblenz-Kesselheim you drive only a few minutes.
The Rhine (jetty) is only a few meters. To the German corner, from which the cable car leads to the fortress Ehrenbreitstein, one can run comfortably and translate over the Mosel with a small ferry. The kart track of Koblenz-Lützel is also nearby.
The house of the artisan has two bedrooms with 2 beds, a bedroom with 3 beds, a bedroom with 4 beds, 3 bathrooms and a common area with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area and a living room with TV.
