Nice time
We were forced to stay in another smaller penthouse as we came in on New Year's eve eve(after having reservations for o/4mos) for 3 nights. We were told we'd get a credit due to being very inconvenienced after a 10 hour drive fully loaded for our 1+ month stay. We had no heat(January) in the back bedrooms(maintenance had to come several times. Once we were able to move all our belongings-we had to drag stuff up a flight of stairs and finally get to unpack a second time(frig/suitcases etc) while working remotely. (still no credit). Again, the Penthouse we moved into-HAD NO HEAT in the back bedroom area. Maintenance came up about 4 separate times and ended up having to install a new furnace unit-which we had to manually turn on and off as it wasn't running correctly.
We went the entire month without an elevator to our floor; the "heated" pool was not working and could not be used; dog area always had dog feces all over(due to tenants; otherwise the building staff was great!! They were accomodating(bringing us space heaters to use, a swiffer to clean the floors, garbage bags) and just overall very friendly.
The Penthouse manager CS who dealt with us before the stay told us what we needed to hear until we were about to arrive and then we were shuffled to another Penthouse while the one we paid for(more spacious w/pool table and bedrooms down away from main area) was being used by other people!
The penthouse we moved into was very nice and clean.
The building staff was great!
