With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, standing desk with monitors, and large windows that offer views of the Cascades and Lake Washington, this home offers all the comforts you need for a home away from home.

Centrally located in Madison Valley, this home is just minutes away from the vibrant night life of Capitol Hill, Downtown, UW and Bellevue.

5 minute walk to trendy & vibrant Madison Valley, featuring a number of excellent restaurants, such as Voila bistrot, Harvest Vine & Cafe Flora.

The gorgeous 200-acre Arboretum park, with its famous Japanese garden, is just two blocks away.

The Pike/Pine/Broadway area of Capitol Hill with its busy night life is just a 20 mins walk away.

If you're driving, there's plenty of free parking on the street, and there's always a spot available just in front of the house. You'll be minutes away from Capitol Hill, downtown, and the University district.

Public transportation is also available a few blocks away, and city buses will get you downtown in 25 minutes; or to the Capitol Hill light rail station in 20, from where you can connect to the airport.

Please note that there is a separate unit in the basement, where I sometimes stay for a few days.

The Blue House Seattle

The house was per advertised. It was clean inside and supplied well. The communication with Jean was cordial and she was accommodating. Location for getting around was great. Maintenance of the yard was disappointing and the only take away from our stay.
