This no villa is located off the road next to the ruins of the Minoan palace of quiet yet central. The sandy beach of Sitia is within walking distance in 5 minutes. The shopping opportunities in the town of Sitia can be reached on foot and by car in a few minutes. The palm beach of Vai, the surf beach of Kouremenos, the palace of Zakros, the ancient city of Itanos are each reachable in about 30 minutes by car
The house has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with fireplace and two sheep sofas (also to use as another double bed), a shower room and a large veranda on which awnings shade if necessary. The house is air conditioned and all doors and windows (double glazing) with mosquito repellent provided.
