It has an equipped outdoor area and a private pool. A trampoline, a multipurpose field (soccer, tennis, basketball), bowling and archery, an outdoor pool, an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning stove are at guests' disposal. Ideal for a vacation of relaxation and entertainment, but also as a starting point to visit the main tourist places: Rome (30 km), golf course with 18 holes (12 km), Lake Albano (40 km) for sailing and canoeing, the river Aniene (15 km), ideal for rafting, the beautiful nature reserve of Marcigliana (10 km), the thermal baths in Tivoli (5 km), Rieti (67 km), Terni (95 km). On request cooking classes, cook at home, tasting of typical products, massages, tennis lessons, archery, bowling, billiards (payment on site).
