RULES AND OTHER ITEMS:
- Signed rental agreement is MANDATORY, any booking that has not signed agreement within 48 hours of confirmed booking will be canceled
- NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed on the property (no tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc). A $500 fine will be assessed for any guest who is found to be smoking on the property, to cover the cost of additional cleaning and deodorizing treatments due to smoke damage.
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic. Exposure to animal hair, dander, feathers, etc., poses a severe health hazard to the host's family members, and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule. If you arrive with a pet, you will not be allowed to check in, your reservation will be canceled without refund, and a $500 fee will be assessed.
- Check-in/Check-out Times: My cleaning and maintenance team have a very limited window in which to accomplish their work of making the cabin ready for you and future guests. So that they can do their best possible work and ensure a clean and comfortable stay for you, early check-ins and late check-outs are not available.

What an amazing cabin, the views were incredible!

Weekend Getaway

The view was incredible and the cabin was amazing! The online description and pictures were spot on. Our party of 10 had ample space to spread out and enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked for lots of cooking. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Best Luxury Cabin in Pigeon Forge Area

We brought our entire family of 8 for a wedding and didn’t want to leave the house. The house was so big that everyone had their own space. It was well appointed and stocked with everything you might need, even plenty of spices. We just brought the groceries. The children loved the heated pool and the adults loved the hot tube. We will definitely stay here again.

Great property

Overall great stay, awesome cabin with beautiful views. We have stayed in some nice cool cabins in the Smokey’s but wow this place is simply great! I was worried that it wouldn’t live up to pictures but wow it exceeded them. The ONLY reason I gave an overall 4 star was because of the pool temperature being to high. Apparently there was an issue with the heater and overheated the pool (97-99° F) for most of our stay. The owner was great about it and did what they could to accommodate. Definitely appreciate the promptness of communication. This was not a thing the owner could’ve planned for or done any different, things fail. But unfortunately it did affect our stay with the young kids and adults on certain medication required limiting their exposure to the pool room. Wow this is an amazing place!! And take away the pool issue this would’ve been an flawless experience!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, clean, and had room for all 10 of us of varying ages. We all loved the house and the wonderful views. We had a mishap the first night with the oven, but management was quick to respond and a maintenance person was there that night to correct the issue. The indoor pool is not heated, and even in the summer runs a little chilly. We had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a very powerful storm on the last evening of our trip. I notified management of the issues we started dealing with because of this storm and they were responsive quickly, and I hope they resolve the issues we dealt with quickly before the next storm comes through. I will just reiterate another review that if you happen to be in this house during a storm and lose power, that you unfortunately lose access to water, as well, and will not be able to flush toilets or have any sort of access to water at any sink. We didn’t find this ideal with 10 people in the house and chose to leave early and stay at a hotel, but some people might love that authentic mountain experience. Power was restored later that same night, but we didn’t want to wait around to see since our stay was almost over anyway. I’m still giving this property 5 stars because the first three nights of our trip were amazing and the house was great, management was always quick to respond, and the weather is out of everyone’s control.

Beautiful Property in the Mountains!

This home was truly spectacular. Secluded in the mountains surrounding Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN, the home offered both tranquility and luxury amenities. These included beautifully appointed rooms throughout (with very comfortable beds!), indoor pool, and a wonderful game room we all enjoyed. We cooked in the gourmet kitchen, used the conveniently located bbq grill (on a very spacious deck off the main living level), and comfortable seating areas. Julie was an amazing host, always quick to respond to even the most mundane questions, and she made the entire process a breeze! We will definitely book again with Julie and recommend this property to anyone looking for a mountain escape!

Anniversary Trip

We had a 50th anniversary celebration with our sons and their families. Borh of them celebrating 20 years this year . Best Cabin we have ever rented ….Thanks for the Great time!!!! Pool hot tub and games were all a huge hit with our grands!

Pre-Christmas Stay

Beautiful home looking over the mountains. The Christmas tree was a wonderful surprise for our family stay. Hot tub and pool were fabulous and we enjoyed the house amenities as much as our activities in town.

Cozy Modern Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern cabin. We stayed for a quick weekend getaway (checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday). We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers. WE all had plenty of room! We actually didn't spend much time at the cabin because of activities we had planned. I do regret not having more time to enjoy all that the cabin had to offer like the indoor pool, hot tub, theater room, game room and large porch with beautiful views. We did try to use the outdoor fireplace once and it didn't work. It wasn't a big deal to us, but I did mention it upon departure. The owner indicated the pilot light sometimes goes out because of the wind. We were visiting the area for Dollywood and other attractions. It was about a 25-30 min drive. I would've loved to be closer to these attractions; however, the scenic drive and spacious, modern cabin made it well worth it! I would also like to note that communication throughout our stay was great. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Cozy stay in the mountains

Julie’s home is spectacular. It was spotless when we arrived, the views were amazing, and the furnishings and small details in the home were perfect. Julie was very responsive to a couple questions that we had during our stay. I couldn’t give this a better review! We hope to stay again at this property!
