My wife and I first came to Sanibel in 2019. We fell in Love with the Island and 5 trips we bought a fixer upper! We look forward to sharing our Happy Place with you.
Why they chose this property
Mature Trees, set back a bit from the hustle and bustle. Central location to get to Sanibel and or Captiva. Plus my wife loves Blind Pass which is 4 minutes away!
What makes this property unique
You're close enough to everything but not around the busyness of the Island, especially during Peak Season.
