This is a 175 square metre holiday home built in 1999 on a 1,250 square metre fenced plot of land.
Completely renovated in 2020.
On the island of Wollin, directly next to the Wollin National Park.
1.8 km walk through the forest to the beach.
Central heating plus fireplace and a private sauna (included in the price).
4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor), each with an en-suite bathroom.
Additionally, 1 guest toilet on the ground floor.
Hot water is heated electrically in 2 large boilers (270 litres in total). (No extra electricity bill!)
The rooms are very nicely furnished (very comfortable beds, wardrobe/chest of drawers/coat hangers).
Good layout of the rooms, very bright.
There is an additional desk in 3 bedrooms.
The shared area on the ground floor is approx. 75 square metres.
The kitchen has everything you need: a 4-ring induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, Italian espresso maker, French press, plus enough crockery, glasses and cutlery (including pots and pans for a large family or group of friends).
In the small living room/lounge with huge windows overlooking the garden, there is a fireplace, a large TV (smart TV), a sofa and three armchairs.
What is really great about this house is the huge garden (the property is 1,250 square metres in size) facing south-west with a campfire site, a large covered summer dining area, a barbecue and a fish smoker (if you know how to use it ;-).
Here you can really let your soul dangle.
WIFI (flat rate) for guests: free of charge.
A parking space for 3 cars - directly in front of the house (the whole property is fenced).
Sheets/towels are provided by the landlady and are included in the price.
A maximum of 9 adults can stay in the house.
There is also a children's bunk bed for 2 children.
So 9 adults/children + 2 children is the maximum possible.
The house is ideal for a large family, 2-3 families/couples.
The house is located on the island of Wollin (west coast of the Polish Baltic Sea), in a holiday home settlement about 1.5 km from the centre of the village of Wiselka, directly at the Wollin National Park.
Attention - last 1km access on a bad, unpaved road - especially in autumn/winter and when it rains.
45min drive from Szczecin Goleniow Airport
1h drive from Szczecin
2.5-3h drive from Berlin
1km to the Amber Baltic Golf Club.
The small town centre of Wiselka, with many small shops, cafes and restaurants, is 1.5 km away (a beautiful path through the forest or on a protected pavement along the country road leads there).
The 4-star Villa Park Hotel in Wiselka, which is open all year round, is also 1.5 km away, with an excellent restaurant and wellness centre. Międzyzdroje is 10 km away. In Międzyzdroje there is a nice little SPA centre that can send masseuses directly to your house with a mobile massage bed.
The small KIKUT lighthouse - the second smallest in Poland but - the highest on the Polish Baltic coast - can be found after a 25-minute walk through the forest.
The Wolliner National Park starts right at the doorstep. You no longer have to cross a busy road.
This park (with very interesting ice age formations - small hills, valleys) - these are old beeches, blueberries, romantic forest clearings, then closer to the beach: pines - altogether an approx. 1.8 km long walk through a fairytale forest to the beach (fascinating in every season).
Sometimes you wonder what is more beautiful here: the beach or the forest...
Thanks to the national park, which protects the Baltic coast like a natural belt at this point, you will find one of the most beautiful Baltic beaches. Wide, white sand and plenty of space guaranteed even in the summer months of July and August (we were always able to play football on the beach in the middle of summer). No ‘close together’ lying, lots of air, lots of space in every season!
In Wiselka you will also find a beautiful bathing lake.
500m from the house there is a small lake Zatorek, where you can go fishing.
There are great routes for joggers in the surrounding forests.
