Beautiful 30A condo STEPS from the beach! This is THE dream vacation spot and is booking fast! With a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, you will find yourself soaking in breathtaking the sunrises & sunsets every day. Prime location on the heart of 30A to drive or bike anywhere! We have all you need for your next vacation here at this stylish & spacious gulf front bungalow.

On the bottom floor you'll find the kitchen, dining area and spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa overlooking the beautiful gulf! There is a patio area outside with seating & dining. Upstairs you will find the master, king sized bedroom with a private balcony and a dual vanity bathroom. Also upstairs is a bedroom that includes a full sized bed and a twin bed, with an ensuite bathroom.

You have access to the entire place! Enjoy the private, gulf-front patios on both the bottom floor and off of the master bedroom upstairs. Just steps from behind the row of townhomes is beach access for you.

In the heart of 30A! This is unit 7 in a complex of individually owned townhomes right on the Gulf. It is a quiet and family friendly area where you can bike along 30 Avenue to your favorite restaurants, shops, and bars.

There is one large parking spot for this property located right in front of the unit. The parking space is wide enough to typically fit 2 vehicles.

The minimum age to rent is 25, no exceptions. We do not allow pets at this home.
There is no smoking allowed. If we find evidence of smoking you will be charged $500.

Long weekend getaway
Enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we wanted and the complimentary chairs and umbrella were a big plus. Beach was beautiful and only a few steps away.

We had an amazing time making memories. With the amount that was paid I did expect so much more attention to a fresh & welcoming unit. I am a firm believer that “you don’t know what you don’t know” as owner and/or host may not live in area. Glows: (positives) - [ ] Communication before and during trip - [ ] Location. Location. Location - [ ] Beach views from inside unit - [ ] Access to beach - [ ] Balcony upstairs - [ ] Master bed was comfortable - [ ] AC - [ ] Washer and dryer - [ ] Kitchen was stocked with cooking tools - [ ] Outdoor shower and hose - [ ] WiFi - [ ] Full size grill outside - [ ] 1/2 bath downstairs - [ ] 2 box fans Grows: (areas that have opportunities) - [ ] Unit smelled bad upon arrival - [ ] Unit felt dirty - [ ] Kitchen floor had dirty spots - [ ] Kitchen drawers not clean. Wonderful weekend
The townhouse was perfect for our family of four. Everything we needed for a great weekend. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything we needed including an air fryer. For some reason there was not a can opener and having bags in the bathroom trash cans would have been helpful for emptying them when we left. But other than that, it was terrific.

We love the location, quiet beach, walking distance to Rosemary beach and enjoying sunsets and sunrises from the balcony. The house has new appliances, but new paint and carpet may be needed soon. Beach towels were not provided. But we had a good time and enjoyed our very relaxing Thanksgiving week in this beach house!

Roaches throughout. Pictures are not accurate. Both bedrooms are upstairs. Nails poking out of carpet on stairs. Needs painting and overall updates. Pieced together carpet throughout. Location to beach and surrounding areas was great.

Fall Break on the Gulf
We loved the condo. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. Terrific view on the decks and easily in walking or biking distance to Alys or Rosemary Beach. It was evident that the condo was recently renovated with new appliances and updated bathrooms. The carpet needs to be replaced but did not take away from the condo. We would definitely book again. It came with beach service which was awesome and the beach was never crowded. Loved our stay

Bait and Switch!
Two days before our trip we were sent the address for our rental. The property was 2 miles further than the map location on VRBO. We chose this property because of its proximity to Rosemary Beach. On VRBO, the distance was 0.1 miles to Rosemary (where our extended family would be staying). We wanted to be able to walk to Rosemary. Instead, we had to rent bikes for the week. A $400 added expense! When I called VRBO, I was told it was not that far and there was nothing they could do for me. I asked for a manager and after pushback, was told one would call me within 24hrs. 4 days later….a manager left a voice mail with no call back number. Condo: Broken ice maker Curtains were sheer and we were up at 6am everyday due to the sun Roaches!!!!!
