This apartment has an amazing downtown luxury feeling as well as key amenities like Netflix ✔ washer and drier ✔ fitness facilities ✔ 24hr security at the front desk✔ and garage parking available✔ open layout one-bedroom apartment Center of downtown, with a street car right outside. CVS convenience store right outside. For transportation, we recommend the free KC Streetcar that stops right outside the apartment building, or Uber.

Prime location!
Great location! Francis was super responsive and the apt had everything needed for my stay. The buildings gym is so nice. They have a little store that has great amenities for basics if you forget anything. Would 100% recommend this to stay while in KC.

I enjoyed the few days we stayed here. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and the streetcar is an excellent bonus The apartment was also very comfortable and the amenities were exceptional. Next time I come to town would stay here again

Great Apartment/Great Location
This clean and modern one bedroom unit has all you need for a great stay in KC. Easy access to Interstates and streetcar just outside the door to take you anywhere downtown. 24/7 security desk and very helpful folks!

This is a great location. We were in town for chiefs game. Close to Power and light and convenient to Crossroad area. The front desk folks were super nice. Park at library parking 960 Baltimore Ave.

Great location
We had an event at the convention center, and this was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk there in about 7 minutes. The apartment was well kept and secure. I would definitely recommend and consider staying there again.

This was our second stay at the property. We really like it. We had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean, especially for allowing pets. It had everything we needed.

Perfect location downtown KC
Very nice, clean & cozy downtown condo with a view! Perfect place for the two of us & it was really nice that the trolly was right there to take us where we wanted to go. The host was easy to reach & was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this place again!!

Super Convenient Location
We were in town for a concert and spent a couple of days. This was the perfect location. Right on the streetcar route if you don't feel like walking. Super walkable location - we checked out River Market and the great farmers' market, walked on the Riverfront Heritage Trail - so fun. So many GREAT restaurants super close too. Would book again!

Clean, comfortable condo in a central location. I wrongly assumed that sleeps 4 meant the couch was a pull out bed, it isn’t! The third person in our party had to sleep on an air mattress which wasn’t great. Best for two people only I think! Still we made it work and enjoyed our stay.
